Your 2 technicians did fraud with us. We purchased 2 wall mounted toilet seats and your two employees took visiting charges Rs 350 per visit per seat from us twice under warranty period. They also made us buy some products which are of no use . I mailed but no response for days now. Hello kerovit,
I am fed up with the product which i bought from n. I. T-5, faridabad-121001.
The services of your company are very bad.
I will give this company a big zero in after-sale services.
My product is an english pot which is very bad that it doesn't get clean even after flashing it multiple times.
No action has been taken from your end till now and its already been 3 months that i complained on call.
I have called mr. Manish multiple times and he always tells that someone will come tomorrow and till now no one has come.
Just waiting to file a complaint against this company as the shopkeeper told me that you are getting 10 years warranty and its only 4 months old product and it was defective from the beginning only.
I want this product to be replaced as soon as possible else i will definitely sue this company.
