I had placed an order amounting to rs.545 on 21st september on the keya seth online site and the transanction was successful but there was no confirmation on my account at their website. So i tried contacting them on the number provided on their site i. E. [protected]. Someone picked up and told me to send a copy of the transanction, detalis of my order, my adress and my contact number. I mailed them all the details they asked for. For 2 days...
