Couple of months ago i was assigned an online typing job from keydus. I did not understand what to do. I called several times to the number provided and wrote to the id to understand the work but did not get any response. Anyhow i managed to complete five forms and submitted. But they argued me that i did breached the agreement and asking for penalty. Again i received call from it so called legal department and received threatening to pay...

I was contacted by this organization keydus technolgy about form filling work. I spoke to their representative isha mathur. She sent me contract agreement and as per it, i was supposed to receive the payment for the correct entries. Now i submitted my work on time on 8th february 2018, received conformation today that my "qc (Quality check) has been failed and i will not receive any money which is against their contract agreement.
I sent few email and called their representative but they are not assisting me and not even bothering to answer my query.

It is totally fake company. Please do not believe on their fake commitments.
They gave impossible task to complete it we have to waste our 10 Hrs per day. After submission of work they simply said we couldn't match accuracy and ask for penalty payment.

Did they send any legal notice at the address given at the back of adhar card?
They are threatning me too .. sending email legal notice ..but not with leagain email address... and saying that they have filed a case in delhi high court. Today also he gave me a threatning call.

I am getting call from a lady to form filling work then i accept thier work and i am not complete thier work and they have messege me to 5800 to keydus technology account and my agreement with innospire services and if i failed then have to pay only 4800 hundred thier is no term described in to pay 5800 amount and no details given about keydus technology in agreement what can i do against them...

I got call from month ago for filling online form. I didn't complete there work for my personal problems, they do agreement on RS 20 bond paper, after completing one month they call & SMS me & demanding for amt. 5546.00, if I will not pay this amt they will case file against me in Gujarat court. I was got there msg me about it, they mentioed in that mail my hairing on 19th March in Gujarat court, but i was not sign on there agreement, so how they will proceed for further assistance, without my sign it's not possible & sign means we are agree with there t&c, what can I do please help. dinesh@850 kindly take the pain and pickup the call and it's not agents it's "against". First improve your level of English. Have English tutor first to improve the level of English. Cyber defamation case will be levied upon you. Section 499 and section 509 for defaming the name of company.
