30 days over still amount not refunded

I had paid amount 75, 000 for my son admission, later canceled my admission
But still they are not responding and not refunded my amount 30 days over ( as per their rules with 7 days they refunded the amount after canceled admission)

Please solve my problem and refund my amount

dear sir
In the academic session[protected] i was taken admission for the b.tech in kalinga institute of industrial technology ( KIIT bhuvaneshwer ). i have given a total of rupee 1,83,000 as the total academic fee for that session . But due to some reasons , i withdraw the admission from there. i was there only 2-3 days only there after i withdraw the admission. Also i had applied for the refund of the money taken as a fee. Approximately after one yr they had returned only 83,000 rupees only . But according to AICTE rules for the refund of institutional fee they should refund total fee after deducting the registration fee. So please help me on getting the remaining money .
