I had booked gas refill on 10/06/2016 with ref no 507327. but after 6 days i got a message, the refill booking got cancelled. i don't know why it got cancelled automatically. then i booked again, after some days i got message your cylinder is delivered with cash memo [protected]. but i have not yet received any gas cylinder. i called and visited the kk indane gas, munnekollal, marathalli many times. but no help. they are saying only checking....

Sir/Madam my consumer number is 94940.I booked my gas on 03 Oct 14 vide reference no 817989.The cash memo was generated on 17 Oct 14 and the reference no is [protected] and I got a message on 20 Oct 14 that the cylinder has been delivered whereas the same has not been delivered till date.in the month of May 14 same problem occured.The cylinder was taken back after two days of delivery.Again I have to book for the same.I thing some malpractice...

KK Indane is gas distributor located in Ulsoor, Bangalore, KA. I ahve submitted my documents for activation and its been two weeks but it didn't get activated. I called up at least 30 times a day for last two days and no one bothered to answer the call or reply to call. I have given my phone number while submitting my application but this distributor is very inefficient....

Over Charging
The distributor/ delivery man is not giving the bill for all the LPG supplies he had made till date. He is charging us Rs.450/- whereas as per news paper and other sources, the price of cylinder in bangalore is Rs.415/- only. If we ask for the bill the delivery boy says that his role is just to deliver the cylinder. He is asking us to either collect the cylinder...

This is Sandesh reporting a complaint that the Replacement cylinder is not delivered yet despite waiting for a month after booking. We booked the refill on 25/5/2011 and we do not know the status of the order or refill yet.

The reasons for complaining are :
1. There is no proper booking system designed even if there are lakhs of customers in the database.
2. The IVRS booking system...
