Sir i am furniture business. My supplier books parcels through kpn speed parcel everytime. For the same parcel, same weight and for same distance kpn charges 15% higher. How can they increase 15% in a single month. But when i spoke with the kpn booking agents, i found they dont have a proper system in billing the items. They are booking without any thumbrule. I have sent the parcel and they didnt send it that day itself and even didnt tell me.
Now when i called them they are very rude on me and didnt explain me or felt sorry.
I cant deliver my product on time and got a loss of 20000.Are they bearing it??Whom should i ask...
