They trapped me in their honey trap and now they are torturing me for money. Also, they took 8500rs. Before saying that we will finish all the obligations with us and will not be liable to pay anything in future. Now they are torturing me for money. Please solve this. They are threatning me by saying that they will file case against me. Please help me out.

Hello my name is sayantan ghosh I just passed out from school and thought of experiencing an intership. I looked upto an intership at quikrjobs and found KPV solutions the company. I had to fill 1500 forms and would get Rs20 per form. As a result I completed 1300 and wasn't able to complete 200 more due to the electricity problem at my place. I requested them to pay me Rs26000 as 20*1300 is 26000 and they could easily cut the fine from it. Instead they said ki I'll have to pay a fine of Rs4900 I refused and said to deduct it from the amount I'm supposed due to the poor reputation of the company. Today on 12/06/2019 Wednesday their advocate contacted me and asked me to pay Rs7900 by 3PM or else he will lodge an FIR . Please help me as I haven't recieved even the amount I am supposed to get and also they are threatening me to pay them else they'll lodge an FIR. Please help me I'm really worried.

Big fraud company...firstly girl will call you for convience you to take this job and then they give you link for making agreement and then they made fake agreement, fake acceptance letter... In agreement there is no signature of any authority... i alsoo stuck in this fraud...company gave me work 1500 forms which i complete as soon as poosible i submit on submission date...before submission i checked many times for error but whenever i see any error i correct it...but when you submit your forms...company told you that wait for qc report...and when qc report is coming... 356 forms are incorrect but i checked many times...and then their advocate contact you...for payment and add additonal payment for the name of section charges... and if you denie to pay the money then they told you that they file a case on you...same i also stuck in this position and i pay the company 8450rs for settle the disputes...but when i pay this money i again receive a call from senior advocate...from the name of verification department... but they also a fraud member...so they told me that if you want to resign your job then you need to pay 22950rs. if you continue your work with company then you have to pay 12940 ... but if you take 2-3 minutes of him...in call so he misbehave and harrasing you...alot i also suffer from this problem today... so i talked to my father then my father take legal action tommorow in cyber crime...if tomorrow i received any call from this company...i told them to you case a file and i met you on court now... i m alsoo stuck in this problem...plzz help me...if any of you help me to take out from this matter kindly be aware from this type of fraud... kindly plzz resolved my problem then i not face any type of prob. from this company

Hii i am saket lives in rohtak haryana. I have applied for data entry job 15 days ago on quiker jobs. Kpv solutions called me and they said me to give my id and they send me a mail of a fake stamp paper agreement and a license agreement. Which are totally fake. I have to complete 1500 forms in 10 days but after the fourth day i watched you tube videos your cross check my stamp paper and agreement and found that they are totally fake. Then i viewed the reviews of that company and videos so i found that company have not done a single payment to any one for his work. I leave their work and they called me after 10 days that your work has not completed and you have to pay 4900 as penalty, if you do not pay that we will take legal action. I tell them to do anything that they do and told them that your company is totally fake. Ne they give me a notice on email, calling that you have to come to court and submit your answer. Please please please tell me what to do.

I had taken work from home from kpv solutions of form filling (Username:c[protected] which i had done and submitted before time which was 18th may 2019 12 midnight. Within 10minutes the company gave qc report saying 600 forms were wrong. I tried calling helpline number but no response. Then on 20 may 2019 i received email from their legal team and call from them threatening and shouting at me to pay 12 lakhs as charges. I told them that the company said that if qc was below level i have to pay 4900 so why are you asking for 12 lakhs. They said that they will make me pay. Today i received call from them saying that a case has been filed in latur court. I have to go and make a appearance in court. If i have to make out of court settlement i have to pay 12900rs. They also said they will take different dates and make me go to latur many times. They were shouting at me on the call. Sir i am a lady who is trying to raise 2children on my own. I have been asked for doing the home based work of form filling by this company. They called me and asked to do the registration and said there is no registration fees after that they sent me a PDF of agreement and when I was about to complete my work, suddenly that form filling mail got deleted and now they are blameing me for incompleted work. When that mail disappeared I immediately informed them but they tortured me and start threatning me. They will go to court and police station. They sent me website address in massage but site fake.

I am student and trying to study with side by side work. I request you to solve this issue and help me to get out of this. I am attaching screenshot of some massages.

I had already registered a complaints against kpv solutions and yesterday i got a call from consumer complaints that my problem was solved and you will not get a call or msg from kpv solutions and mark resolve on this website then i marked resolve but today again i got a msg regarding hard copy of legal notice from kpv solutions. I got a call from a lady regarding typing job. When i agree to do job they send me process through email, after one or two days i got a call from lady telling that we are typers if you have any work we can type your work on 7rs/page, where i got work on 20rs per page and they were asking for 7rs /page.
Next day i ready review about that company and deny to do that work and now i get call from their lawyer asking about money as a penalty 4900 hundred and next day they add 3000 as notice charge.
Now they are threatening to send legal notice against me.
I ask for their account number i, i also put out that their account if opens in new adjan surat and of india bank if any one take strict action then this action should be stop their account number is [protected] so please reply me what should to do.

I worked for kpv solutions. I don't complete their work they charge me of 4900 rupee. I pay them then ask for another 11000 rupees. They told i not pay them they take legal action against me. I am a student away from home. I don't want to harras my parents because i submit them my pan details. Till now i don't pay them 11000 rupees. What can i do now. I took a form filling job with kpv solutions located at vasant park, dhule road, aurangabad, maharashtra (I call it scam because 3 different companies are registered with the same address).
Completed the work before deadline and submitted. These scammers deliberately made changes as if i'm a fool. I have evidence that they manipulated the file and now are demanding their utility charges when their representative confirmed i won't be charged anything (I have the screenshot too). Please take an action against them for harassing people like me.

Kpv solutions se muje call aya online work ke liye. Maine done kiya work. But i can't complete this work. So they file case against me. Abhi muje call karke bole ki maharashtra police ko apka address dekar apko arrest karane ke liye bolenge. Main boli ki apko jo karna hai wo karo. Maine pahile bhi unko, unke against jo complaints baki logone file kiya hai. Uska image net pe dhundkar bheja tha. Unhone kucha reply nahi diya plz help me.

3 days ago (4/5/2019) i found a data entry home based job in quikrjobs which was being provided by a maharastra based company named kpv solutions. I was said that there is no registration fee and i will have to complete 1500 form fill ups within 10 days to get 30, 000 rupees. I was also said that 4900 rupees will be deducted from my 1st salary. I was also told that if i want to continue the job with the company then i will have to pay the maintenance charge 4900 rupees in case of not reaching the cut off limit to get the next job. But when i came to know the past records o the company in consumer forum website, i wanted to cancel my ongoing registration process. But they were forcing me to pay money for the cancellation. This was not discussed before and i was scared as i had no money. I was forced to take the job which is utterly impossible for me to complete within reduced time.
Sir, please help me. I dont wanna get into this traps. I am just a student.

I was prompted by kpv sollutions a proprietorship firm to work from home. They made agreement and took my identity card. I submitted my work after checking its accuracy still they claimed i did wrong work and now they are claiming money and threatning me through an advocate firm. They are giving me notices of legal and criminal case. Please help me what should i do. I will not pay what they are demanding because its a fraud committed by them.

This company calls people and try to convince them to join the part time job where you have to complete 1500 forms and you will be given 20₹ per form within 10 days. Then they will ask you to sign an agreement where it is clearly mentioned that if you fail to achieve 90% accuracy in the forms you have to pay 4900₹ as maintenance charge. Once you complete the forms and submit it they thereself will make changes in the form to prove you wrong. After 3-4 days you will get a mail where they will ask you to pay the money otherwise they will file a case against you. They will call you as well and then they will ask you to pay 15000₹ as a case of fraud has been filed against you. You have to pay the money within 1 or 2 hrs, otherwise they will call the police. The confronting person claims to be an advocate. There are many people who are being fooled by such companies. Many of them have lost their money. Please take actions against this company and i request you to look into such kinds of situations so that no company can dare to do this again.

Sir I am a student. I took the offer of 1500 form filling in 10 days. I can able to complete 1400 forms because of some reasons.Then they called me to pay 4900 to lock my ID I said OK but I didn't send any money. After 1 day I got the call and sir they are calling me and telling me that pay 30000 otherwise they will take legal action against me.Please help me out sir.

This company has a created a big trap to cheat and fraud with students.
One 19th april.. A girl from this company called me and influenced me by her sweet words.. And said that they will pay ₹20 for each form and i have to complete 1500 forms in 10 days. Otherwise you have to pay 4900 as penalty. And after that i agreed then she demanded a I'd proof then i send her my adhar card on her whatsapp no. but unfortunately i was under age then she called me again and in whatsapp text also she said that send me the adhar of other family member then i refused but sher trapped me in her honey trap by saying that sir no one is going to verify at your home so you can send anyone's adhar, so i send adhar of my father who is in army and after that i got login I'd and i done work at given time but after that they called me and said you have to pay ₹14900 as maintenance charge otherwise we will case on you. They are just torturing mentally to me. So! please take action against them as soon as possible.
