L V Reddy Gas Service Complaints & Reviews

As I have booked my cylinder on 5/2/2022 the invoice is generated still there is no response of my cylinder. I lodged a complaint on Saturday i.e on 12/2/2022 after so many calls at last they responded. She said she will send it, but invain still now they didn't deliver the cylinder not lifting the calls. I am fed up calling them everytime they won't pickup the call. If we seriously say them they blunder that the house is locked even though my house is never locked as aged person is always at home.

We have booked gas cylinder at lv reddy gas service, manovikas nagar, bowenpally secunderabad, telangana, we got message your gas cash memo generated dtd on 05/02/2019, today 14/02/2019 till dated cylinder was not delivered, we have been called many times to lv r eddy office, said both delivered persons on leave will be delivered tomorrow, how both delivered boys at a time leave?? After leave we have been called delivery boys also they said we are another route, if you want urgent come and take cylinder personally, we fed up called to gas office as well as gas delivered boys. My gas consumer no.438420, please take action and resolve the problem immediately,

I stay in Secunderabad, area Old bowenpally. I am trying to get a new gas connection of Indane gas from L V Reddy Gas Service agency since last one year. But all the time i get a common reply from the agency person that "we are not issuing new connection now". This is the same response i am getting since last one year. And also i would like mention that behaviour of the persons sitting in office behave like [censored]ttttttt. They don't know how to talk to customer. they don't have humanity.
