Dear Team,

I enrolled in the Lakme Academy a while back just paying an advance of 10K but was unable to arrange for the remaining amount of 25K.
so I tried to withdraw admission and asked for a fee refund but they claim that there was no fee refund policy. This is not the right ethic please I don't think I would ever love to recommend anyone for your academy.

I have a financial issue why can't I get some time to arrange the remaining amount? neither of you guys is ready to refund my amount why so.

Please I need an answer.

The consultant used to call me day in & out, the course was 1lac she offered a discount.

Do you call to loot people how many have you looted till now?

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

This is to bring to your notice that my sister Ms. Kiran Kashyap (Student ID[protected] is the student is Lakme Academy (Mira Road Branch- Aptech) in Hair dressing department.
We have taken admission in Feb 2021. Since then we are facing several issue with the center, but kept on ignoring every time. But this time it is very serious.
Today she has attempted suicide due to which I am here to share these issues with you hoping that I will get the resolution.
While counselling, APTECH Staff commit many things pressurizing family to pay the amount asap and then failed to commit all the promises. My sister was not getting trained properly earlier, whatever course assigned to her before not added later in the list.
The Aptech Staff namely Seetha Nair, Bhavik Surti, Aqsha Shaikh etc. kept on behaving very rude to her and threatened her not to release the certificate. There is racism on skin color, misbehaving with students.
Today my sister cried alot stating that “I am not feeling safe to go to the center because Bhavik Surti misbehaved with me and he was literally violent with me”. Mr. Bhavik Surti threatened her, insulted her and harassed her mentally in front of everyone because o[censored]nnecessary reasons. He was not supposed to talk to my sister in this way, that leads to force her to commit suicide. This is complete unacceptable. I would really need his apology to my sister for doing this.
Lakme is the Brand of India, thinking about it we have taken the admission without any doubt. But now it really getting worse which we cannot accept it at all.
Request you to please change her center to Vasai Branch as she won’t be attending the pending lecture effective from 11th August, 2020.
