Neighbour encroaching my land. My neighbour has extended his house in some part of my land. We requested him to remove it, but he has refused to do it. I have attached the photo, You can see a crack in his compound was as it is cross in angle to encroach our land.

We are the owner of a plot in the Survey No. 1487/13.2 , Block 19 ( Resurvey No. 119/3) of Kadakanpally Village, Trivandrum ( Opposite KIMS hospital). I want to bring your kind attention on the illegal construction & UNAUTHORISED ENCROACHMENT. Which is going on above said address without my information.
As I am an NRI I am not able to contact anybody for any help, so I hereby request you to take...

I would like to bring it your attention that the government land in thanthoni village karur district has been encroached by the individuals Mr& Mrs Baladhandayutham (Balu) and family. this family have a commercial complex infront of the DINDIGUL TRICHY main road NH-7 . This building has been constructed 50% of highways land . if this land is recovered from the family it will be more useful to public and the government...
