Hi buyers,
This property is in legal trouble. Currently there is a stay order. Here is the order number OS 5951 / 13. I saw this number painted all over the under construction building. Upon further enquiry, got a confirmation that the property is in a legal tangle with a society and the land owners. The builders have wiped out the order number, but the case is still pending in the courts....

Regarding possession they have first confirmed June ‘2012 afterward August'2012 but work is moving very slow God knows when they will finish Landmark Dreamz project; they have taken money from customer giving false statement.
