Hi my laptop was not working and I was searching on internet laptop service near me and I got one website and called them his person came and picked laptop they have given estimate of 1000 to 1200 rs time given for repair is next day but after picking laptop got call from them that repair cost will be 2750 I asked them to return I can not afford it because you told 1000 to 1200 so they haven't return laptop after five days even after continue...

I had a computer problem, the person from the service center took my pc with the cabinet saying that it needs lab analysis.
After 3 days i received my product, he replaced my motherboard and took off one of the ram stating it is faulty. He billed me rs.8000 but the motherboard looks same as mine with same model number.
