They fleece customers by providing 1 blade instead of 4 blades refill pack and furthermore the order can't be replaced or refunded.

I have placed an order id orda776c71fb15817e on april 20, 2020. On april 26, 2020 i have sent mail to their customer care mail id [protected]@letsshave.com to cancel and refund as i don’t require it anymore and they acknowledged with ticket number 112204. I had told them not to dispatch the order and cancel it. But even after multiple chasers they didn’t reply to my mail and call. I had chased them each day. On may 08, 2020 i had received a message saying that my order has been dispatched. I tried chasing them on mail and call but no response from them. I tried reaching to courier partner - delhivery but couldn’t reach them.

Could you please urgently assist me cancelling the order and refund the amount. Due to covid-19 it’s not safe to receive any parcels anymore. It’s been strictly advise in our area to not order or receive any online orders coming across the cities. This order is coming from delhi, punjab side.

I paid rs. 399for pace 6 plus kit along with following free things were to be provided
1. Free razor stand status provided
2. Free shave foam status provided
3. Free wipes status provided
4. Free travel cap not provided

Ordered the pace 2 blades, as the website said one razor fits all blades. But unfortunately pace 2 does not fit the original razor purchased. Very disappointed as my money is wasted. Please refund my rs 200 and take back this blade which is of no use to me. At the time of this purchase, there was no disclaimer that this blade does not fit the regular razor.

Have not received any communication till now. This is very disappointing and not expected if you guys are looking to make loyal customers. You can atleast send me a pace 2 handle, so i could use the blades instead of wasting them and my money.

Helpline doesnt work, no response on email even after continuous follow ups

Amount : 249 for pace 3 disposable razor pack of 10 which was received on time but when the blades were found so inferior that one razor did not provide even one shave for which i complained to the company and even wrote the complaint on their face book page. First they replied that their blade is alright. Then they changed the reply that one razor works for 2-5 shaves. Then they accepted that one razor sometime lasts just once. After this suddenly i was blocked by them on facebook when i wrote my grievance there. They don't have any system of online feedback or online registration which all e-commerce companies follow. Though the amount is quite small but seeing the negative ways of the company i wish to seek redressal of for my grievance about poor quality/fake product.

The above razors work for a day onlyu and still leave a stubble. I complained: today i received the reply: e amail dated 9 may 2016:

First, all our products manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility in south korea.
Second, all our products are dorco i letsshave branded.
Third, due strict hygienic standards of personal care item, we regret to inform you that it is not possible for us to accept returns or refund on razors and blades.

Such reply is a snub to the grievance of the customers as if telling them to get lost as nothing would be done for the foolish act of customer to buy a product on impulse. I want refund of my payment.
