I paid 75000 with bank draft for job in this company for Job in Ahmedabad Office. The company, later was shutdown in a month and all the money was lost. I heard company is refunding the money. I request you to refund my job deposit amount. Thank You.

Company took Rs.75000/- draft on july 2007 after placement from college as security amount for bond of 16 months staying in the company as other companies like Satyam took Rs.2 lakh as security bond amount.
I have given in DD of amount Rs. 75, 000 considering its a start up company.

They had given the joining to me at their Ahmadabad office.
When I joined the company, I found that there is no infrastructure as per company. I sit on the chairs like in marriage for atleast 3 months after that some infrastructure was made. As per the bond we were getting Rs.2500 stipend in the first four month (training period that was fine). Then I came to know that there is no funding source for this company like clients. There funding source was employee recruitment for security amount. After four months when the salary time comes, they refused to give by saying we are not having client.(Our Questions were.. Why to hire employee without projects or client?). I resigned in January, 2008 and informed by company that will get my security bond amount after 16 months so that's ok. But on last week of january 2008, there was big drama happened in the management. All the branches of company got shutdown immediately. Please Help me to get my money back. 75, 000 Rs is really a big amount for me.

I am Tanu Brahmdeo Prasad from Bihar and I joined the said company on July, 2007.Company basically was situated E-14 mohan co-operative, Mathura road near badapur border New Delhi.

After 3 more months(i.e overall all 7 months) we were frustrated as we were getting Rs.2000 after 20 days. But they promised us to give Rs. 14600 in hand after training. After shouting a lot they agreed to return our security amount after resignation. we were ready to give resignation. But on that last week of january 2008, there was big drama happened between police , management. We had gone to EOW, near NCERT building (ADHCHINI Delhi)) for this., But didn't get any response. then we were unable to take follow up. Please Help us to get our money back. i have to pay the loan that i have taken for this security amount.

The matter was taken to the court. I think the management person got some punishment and few employers got their security amount. I was out of touch from these from last one or two year. now i come to know, the company has again started and perhaps they are again making other people fool. Therefore, i request you to please do something and punish the frauders and cheaters and make some early arrangement to get my refund back.
