I got a call from arbitration council and they threatened me to pay 5480 rs and blackmailed me. Otherwise they will file a case on me sir please help me out from this i have first agreed to them saying i am also applied for a job in a construction company if i get a job in construction company i will resign this so please forgive me i have mailed to anurag sharma saying i got a job sir please forgive me tq you sir after 5 months yesterday they called me saying you have to pay 5480 fees otherswise they will take legal action so sir please sort me out of this problem sir

I got a call from linkstar agent named mihika and she offered me online work and sent me otps she told me that after i tell her the otps i would receive an agreement with terms and conditions and if i'm willing to work with them then i have to sign it digitally nd then i would get working id nd password. But after reading the terms and conditions i called them to tell that i don't need to work and don't send me any i'd they didn't respond nd they send me id and password and when i kept on calling and mailing them that i don't want to work with them they did not agree and now advocate is calling me and asking me to pay15500 rupees or they will file a case against me please help me sir i'm from a poor family sir

Hi my name is nandini and am from hyderabad. On may 29th i got a message for work from home jobs. I asked them to forward me the details they asked my email address and forwarded me the details. The work of 3000 forms in 15days. they sent an otp number for mobile verification.they sent me the acceptance and agreement letter through mail. After checking it i said am not interested because they informed in agreement that we need to pay 5480 rupees if we didnt complete the work. I spoke to sushma(the one who messaged me) on this saturday (15.06.19) informing her that i have recieved a legal notice through mail from advocate vaibhav gupta and she checked with the company and said that my login details are blocked as i have informed am not interested then why am i getting these messages and why is the company doing proceedings with the case. Kindly, i request you to take action against these people.

Respected Sir, I am Nanda kishore 56 years old, I am an unemployee, oneday I received a call from a lady said that I have to fill up 3000 forms, I will be receiving a mail from the company, I need to open the email by otp, When I opene and I found digital agreement, acceptence letter saying that work should be submitted on th e said date. I completed the work and submitted on 18/05/19. After two days I received a call from their advocate Mr.Sudeep sharma informed me that as my QC was failed, I need to pay the amount Rs5400 as per agreement.I paid the said amount and I received NOC from the company.After three days one more advocate Mr Rupesh sharma again & again calling me and saying that I have to pay Rs12990, thretening me that they will send a notice if I fail to pay the said amount. Sir I am very much afraid. Sir Please.. Please help me.

I am himaja. One day i got a call from linkstar company. They told to fill the forms. They sent me agreement and acceptance letter. They said that complete the work in 15 days. I don't know how to start the work. Again i called them they did not receive my call. I forgot that. They gave good response while processing the agreement. Again i called to know the work details. They did not gave any response. Now they are telling to pay the penalty otherwise we will send notice to your address. After knowing this i have no interest to work. They gave only one hour time. As early as possible please contact them and resolve my problem sir.

Sir basically i'm from poor family i thought if i did this work i can earn some money and helpful to my family i joined in linkstar but i didn't finish the work for that they said that u have to pay 8500 for noc i paid that amount... Bt now they are saying u should pay again 21500 for bond cancellation pls sir help me i don't have money pls sir save me plssssssss
