We were promised an open view and also ensured a sight visit which the team had kept denying owning to covid reason..been pressurising us to pay isntalment without having seend th3 actual position or sight and sending stressful and demeaning emails about defaulting inspite of continuous contact with sales staff...

While doing the booking in lodha amara the sales team had given me assurity that if i pay all the payments on time i will get discount of 2, 45, 000/- in my last installment. I do have that on email as a written confirmation from them. But now when it is time for them to fulfill their commitment they are giving me 39, 000/- only.
I am trying to follow up on the same since more than a month now but no one is responding. They sales team...

I am extremely dissappointed that inspite of buying flat at premium rates @ lodha amara thane, its become a night mare as i am unable to live peacefully!!
Every single day including week ends, unbearable noise of drilling from under construction buildings of lodha is very much disturbing. No help inspite of repeated complaints, no sound arrestors / barriers used... Feeling cheated.
