I had paid one lakh towards eoi for 3bhk in lodha belmondo. As per their terms and conditions if i withdraw, i will get my refund within 45days. But now it is already 69 days and as per the service desk i have been asked to wait another 60days. Their sales team now do not respond and i have been told the money is invested elsewhere. Market being slow they are not able to honour their commitment. Rahul and deepak from sales have no answer....
