DIFFICULTY IN BOOKING OF REFILL INDANE GAS

I AM USING INDANE DOMESTIC GAS FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS. OF LATE IT IS BECOMING DIFFICULT TO BOOK A REFILL AS RECORDED VOICE IS TELLING THAT PHONE IS OUT OF ORDER AND SOME PHONES ARE ALWAYS GIVING ENGAGED TONES.

Nihal Gas agency not picking up phone

Sir,

My consumer number id N 12760, Try hard to get Gas Booking through Phone booking on gas agency (Nihal Gas agency Mayur vihar phase-II), phone engaged,

further SMS gas booking from the Company on 07/12/2009, and SMS referance number is 423501, till date we have not received gas cylender, and on sms reminder on 52725 write me to contact distributor (i.e Nehal gas, who is still not picking up phone)

LPG gas booking

We have been calling on the telephone nos provided by the company ie, 3228492;3256350;3205542 for last three days, while always showing busy or this route busy.Yesterday came to know that company has changed the phones no's & opted some other company's phones. Now the problem we are facing the gas shortage, our gas sylinder is finished & when booked now, the delivery was told to be done by Monday, what shall we do till monday...
