The order was placed on 26-Dec.I sent multiple emails and called multiple times. Phone numbers provided on its website are very difficult to connect. However, after multiple trials - I was able to connect few times and everytime I got the answer that it will be sent soon.

now it shows refunded
but unfortunately, I didn't get any refund amount yet...

I ordered logitech c310 hd webcam for online classes. Paid rs.2, 062.64 on 5th june, 2020. Till now i am not received product. Called many times to customer care, but responding. For emails also they are not giving proper reply. So, i request you to make them send the product or refund the amount immediately.

I purchased an hp 685 ink cartridge, black from lt online store, and the money is deducted from the credit card account. I did not get the confirmation page, an email, or sms, or even an order number. All i got is an sms from the bank that the amount is deducted. I tried contacting the customer care and also send several emails but there is no response. This is blatant fraud of an online store to behave in a very unethical way.
