Haven't received my Inland Speed Post

Address:Kiran Barla, C/O Rajesh Sahu, Sahu Sahu apartment, near Hethu bridge, Airport Road, Po Hundru, Dist Ranchi Jharkhand Pin code,834002

My Inland Speed Post booked by Manipal BPC dated 29/12/2021 at 08:20:19 for pin code 835234 has not been received till date.It had been already past 2 months. According to the details tracked by tracking ID of the inland post the item is dispatched to MA RANCHI RMS TMO and lying there since 2/01/2022 05:13:55 which has causing inconvenience . Please look into the matter as urgent. I provide the other details in picture for further reference....

Regarding speed post parcel
