I have placed my order on 30 nov, , then the payment is not received by then, , they said again to payment them, , , and the earlier payment was refunded to your bank account with in 5-7 days, , but i haven't received refund on my bank account, , , it's full of

Rs 430.96 paid through UPI on 20 jan 2022 order id is P[protected] but the order was not completed and i got message on whatsapp that i got refund in 3-5 days . Today is 27 jan 2022 i didn't get my refund. I placed my order at MacDonald kashmiri gate new delhi

I am a regular customer for MacDonald and every second or third time they make some mistake by sending wrong delivery or something else for which i want to lodge a complaint against MACDONALD as their staff is also rude many a times, just two days before i had ordered some non veg and veg order through the phone and i was delivered a wrong order secondly i was sent a discount printed coupon and in which it was mentioned that i will get a discount of some amount for any next deleviery and when i told them to the staff the staff said that the coupon is not theirs and the floor supervisor mr aniket sonavne was so rude that he said i cant do anything and the second time also i got the same coupon, now i want someone to take a action against these peoples as they are cheating the customers and lying for no reason pls help me now
