Madras University Distance Education Complaints & Reviews

I joined MBA in Madras University Distance Education in 2020 and completed in 2022 but not yet received Convocation Certificate. I asked several times, they said it's not ready. Now it's 2024, more than a year passed but yet it's not ready they are saying. For that response i have to contact them several times. I request you to kindly help me in this regard....

I have completed my MBA course and completed all exams. Received provisional certificate last year (2022) but not received the convocation certificate yet. Could you please provide me the certificate. I need it for my professional & career purpose. I request you to kindly provide me my degree certificate.

I have enrolled at University of Madras through Distance learning for PG-Programme Choice based credit system for MscIT and have given exam and passed but still they are not providing me any certificate.
My enrolment no is A16506PIT6005 with center code 8601.
I called university many times but there is no responce.
Can any one help on this please

I am Rajalakshmi doing MBA in Madras university distance education joined on 2017. I am doing my arrears papers till now due to some personnal reasons. But university applied Penal fees for me on December 2021 examinations which is going to held on a year of 2022 which is not my fault.
as per college norms after 2021 I need to pay my penal fees but due to covid reasons exam is rescheduled as december 2021 on 2022 which is not my fault.
so please do needful to refund my penal fees as i doing my exam on 2021 only.

But University is applied penal fees for me on December 2021 examination which going to held on 2022.
