sir i want to give a complain that my mobile no is [protected] ,i am getting 30/ deducted per month ,IWTHOUT ANY REASON ,SO SIR PLEASE CHECK THIS AND OBLIGE ME.

Yes, I agree with you, this is a use and throw consultancy, I also faced the same situation, when they hired me, they placed me at HP, they told if at all I loose the job, I will be working with them as it is a CMM level 5 company and now once my contract got finished, they did not keep me even for a day.

I strongly suggest, don't get trapped with this fruad consultancy.

I am agree with this. I face the same problem like you. But I got a job in chennai after 3months only.

I am placed in accenture pune only, after 3months i am also thrown out from client side (accenture). I ask my recruiter, she told same ans for me also. Then she said "Send your resume to me, if any openings in our client side we will get back to you. Otherwise you have to search a new job." I am ready to prove about this company. I don't know why this company are playing with others life.

If I see any Magna employee i have question for them. I'll surely ask the question to them.

Just think, you have worked hard many years and earned your degree/diploma and again worked hard to get experienced ..and all these to just work for a consulting firm ??? ?? That is too pity .. This practice should be STOPPED .. Nowadays 8/10 calls regarding a job opening will be contract to hire . This is some kind of adjustments with the company ppl and the consultancy ppl. Together, they are cheating the candidates and filling their pockets. My opinion is that everybody should rejects this kind of calls, If a company wants your service, let them hire you directly. Do not get cheated by this kind of .. Everybody is special.. give some values to your education and hard work !!

I 2 got an inetrview call from Magna Infotech like 4 times in a week and was busy so could not go for intreview, after 4 days when I went for Interview, they did not even take my CV forget about intreviewing.
After 2 hours of waiting time, the coordinator told me that you have been rejected !!!

Imagine that a candidate who has not been interviewed has been rejected!!!

magna infotech is a cheat company, they will recruit for Schneider company, once you report Schneider then magna wont communicate at all, if you have any query also they wont solve your query, magna info tech is a fraud company... dont join this company... i am a practice experience, they wont provide any facility what they commit at recruiting.

There is a big team of cheating group calling themselves HR manager, recruiting managers etc.
They cheated me and make me to sit in home jobless without earning anything for 3 months and spending all my savings. They will give offer letter and open a bank account also to trap the people. be careful !!!

Break Thru Consultants — Salary not paid for the month before leaving the company

I was working with Breakthru consultants for 4 months. I had to take leave for a longer period because there was no one at houst to take care of my daughter. but the company didnot give so I had to leave. In this cas he was instisting me to give noticve which was not possible and I was also not confirmed as an employee, so that caluse cant be implimented. I was not paid salary for the month I work ..... I need help I want my working days salary which had come to more tha 13 k. Pls take actions for the same.

yes this company outsources the students by attracting them and one thing is they get huge amount for the students they are placed but the y only pay less amount that to not in time to the students all infotech are fraudsters

if you never break your promises then what did you do to the batch which was supposed to join one of your clients on April 19th 2010. you delayed that for 2 months then cancelled that suddenly without providing those candidates any other opportunity.this was done by Magna Infotech, Bangalore which was situated in indira nagar now shifted to richmond road

I am totally diagree with the comments. MAgna infotech is the IT Staffng company which buil;d my career. I have worked with Magna 6 months back at there client side and now m working as a permanent employee of that client. In project MAgna had placed 13 fresher and most of them had converted to the cleint permanent role. And my salary is also coming on time since the day i had joined. Its been a very pleasant experience working with Magna Family..Plz ignore the aqbove comments.

Magna is worst company, once you come onboard they start playing with your career

1) They keep changing their policies without informing to the employees
2) HRD is worst I have seen
3) They don't relieve on time if you resign the company
4) They follow very enethical policies
5) In magna you will never get salary doesn't get on time
6) They charge huge amount ery client and pay you very small part i.e. if you get 30, 000 per month they might charge 50, 000 from client

In short its a recruitment staffing company if you join as a permant position doesn't matter due to there enethical behaviour they can terminate you when they doesn't need you

Freshers please beware of this fraud consultancy. they conduct interviews with their clients and issue fake offer letters.but postpone the joining by saying client has some internal logistic problems and so on. finally they say it has been cancelled. it is an unethical consultancy

I joined Magna consultancy and starte working for the deputed company until september. Soon after I got released from the deputed company, Magna sent me notice period of 15 days with out arranging a single interview and they keep saying that there is no market at the moment for the technology I work for. Upon request, they sent me the Releiving Letter today and I was shocked to see my Last Working Day was mentioned with the laste date in my deputed company. It means they dint count the notice peroid as employment with Magna. May be this is their trick to omit my salary for those days. Now they keep saying that I didnt come and report to them so they are not considering my employment. This is really ridiculous. It is no where written either in the offer letter / notice period that a employee should go and sign in magna office during the notice period. HR's in Magna will never pick calls and if our family members tries to call them on behalf of them they talk very arrogantly. I really hate magna and their policies. Never join on Magna payroll.

Beware of their tele-callers ask them what happens to people on bench what happens to final settlement. I was Recruited through the Magna info-tech on 26/11/10. i was shortlisted from other candidates who came for and interview. they told us that u have one more round of interview with the US client from JP Morgan. If get it through they are going to offer me 3.5 its seems. Puspha from hyderabad had taken interview in POLARIS Hyderabad. Im working in PATNI COMPUTER SYSTEMS rite now. I was on contract for 1yrs, but patni closed my contract in 5months only.

And now MAGNA HR is not even replying us & they told us that we are on a 15days notice period, and we will not even get 2months salary.

when i join it was being told i will work for patni for alteast one year and if project completes in patni i will be shifted to other client and like after 5 months they relieved me and never shifted i join in july and left in december i wan on 15 dayes bench of magna in jan from 1 to 15 magna told your december salary and bench period salary will be received after 90 days

but nothing happened as when i call them or mail them i never get any reply people who recruited us are disabled aas when we call on same number we get a reply no such person works over here.

they not even open an PF account on your name and not even pay for it

as when i went for an enquiry in PF office they told no such PF account exist as magna never opened it it's a fraud case happened

Magnainfotech is a staff sourcing companies but it is no different from other services like Infosys, wipro TCS. They do the same thing as hiring people for clients projects charging the clinets high and giving a small percentage to the employees.Once thing which magna does better than other big wigs is that they given a high portions of the money they get from the client to the resource. Every company needs to grow and make a profit for running . You can never and will never get 100 % of the clients money unless you run a company urself.
I am having a second term with magna and i had no issues with their salary.Yes they may not be able to place you with another client i[censored]r contract ends but that is not intentional it is more because of their inablity and market dynamics.Please dont label a company as fraud that is too harsh a word .Reliablity effenciency, performance are reasonable enough.Guys i[censored]r joining magna think of the client not magna that will really matter

In ur initial stage of career, u need to choose the organisation carefully.
Doing jon on contract basis is not bad, but dnt go for Magna, saying this from my experience.
Search for job, IT is booming, u will get offers.

I have a query, I have accepted an offer from Magna and after that I got another offer from another big organisation. But I dont understand how to deal with Magna people. In the offer letter they have put one clause saying if you dont show up on the joining date you need to pay one months salary to Magna for the loss incurred by the company. Do they really charge that amount???

i got a call from magna infotech offering me a job, they asked me to join immediately claiming that you will get good salary of 5, 00, 000/- for data processing, how a processing executive can draw a salary of 5lakhs per annum. The people inside the magna infotech are ruining life of people who are searching for a better option, it came to know that they people dont give any job. they are just a time pass company. The excecutive call PREETHIKA & ARCHANA this two women are spoiling the careers of the people.

Oracle(Fakely Saying) — Fraud HR

In chennai HR named Hareeshchowdry asking placement officers in various engineering college Placement officers asking passed out students for job in Oracle in chennai. The innocent placement officer asked the passed out students to call the number given to him for contact. when students contact that person he ask students to pay Rs.600(refundable) in SBI Account for confirmation of interview. and next he ask students to pay Rs.5000. first Rs.2500 have to pay and after offer letter came next 2500 rupees have o be paid. But after paying first 2500 rupees he ask to pay the remaining 2500 rupees then only the offer letter will be sent to mail.
After paying the remaining 2500 rupees he ask the students to take the following documents.

1) 3 set marksheet(1 set attested)
2) 1 ID Prof
3) 1 Adress Prof
4) 1 Pan
5) 18 Passport size
6) 2 stamp size
7) 1 Medical certificate

Later he is not answering the call and after that the number is switched off. Some of my friends are affected mentally due to this

I am an employee of magna infotech working at client location. I am myself not happy with the terms and conditions. WTF are those condition. user id with unaidu If you cant set right the problems you dont have any right to speak on consumercomplaints.in blogs. If you can then set right then change leave encashment policy, pf policy, original documents policy, etc . It nothing less than a trap to exploit us and loot our earnings.

I am an ex-employee of Magna. I worked there for about 2 years 7 months. My journey with Magna is really a memorable one. In fact, Magna helped me to grow and achieve new heights in my career. I am thankful to Magna for giving me such an opportunity.

I Totally agree with colleagues who had bad experience, one of the worst vendor company i worked for 1.5 years, they don't credit salary on time, and pathetic HR polices for PF, and while offering they do lot of formalities on packages, they them self take half salary from client, some time i suspect some client people mingle with this fraud company, after all these issues they are calling there ex employees and telling them post good review about the company, even in my dream also i wont think good review about this fraud company...

I joined AMD through Magna Infotech Long back.. AMD management also promised me that they will make me as a permanent employee within three or six months. Now I have completed one year in AMD still I didn't receive any news regarding permanent process neither from Magna or AMD.. I spoiled my future..

Magna- I can say it has given me a career when there was recession in software even though I had experience.

I got selected in IBM company through Manga Infotech as a contractor and the guy I met to collect my offer was Harish.K ( From HR department)

Harish way of speech and rules gives us the confidence about Magna Infotech and there is lot of confidence and boldness in HR talk, which we can settle down and grow higher in carrierwise.

HARISK K - is the guy who has given full support and helped when worked in IBM as a contractor like salarywise, timesheetfilling, any queries if we have.

He is the person coming to IBM for our queries to get done at spot.

I can say Harish is the guy, watever the problem we have professionaly between magna and IBM gives solutions at spot.

The employee needs the support from the company which offers us to by salary and to work for the company for their benefits from customer which brings good name to company as well which promotes further for our growth in career and goals for employee.

3) Client Company will always tell you that we are going to make you permanent roll, But 90% they never make you as a permanent roll, why because they are already getting work from you, why should they pay more for same work.
1 permanent employee = 3 contract employees, as per 1:3 why should client make you as a permanent employee.
4) You never get any benefits from working(client) company, Like:
a) Sodexo card
b) Up skill Training
c) Bonus
d) PeopleSoft Access etc
e) Foreign Trip
f) Promotion
5) If you decide to leave the company you have to serve notice period, But If Client doesn’t need you then they can show you outdoor without any notice period (On the spot kick you out).
6) Very less salary and night shift allowance.
7) Sometimes salary comes late
8) Sometimes they are not mention your PF account number in your salary slip, but they deduct PF amount
9) Never get proper response from Magna Team
10) There is no value for working here
11) Client Company will use us as a tissue paper. They are going to move you in different team or process for every 3months or 6months.
12) Client Company will treat us like a daily labor.

My Conclusion:
I worked to my client company under Magna contract payroll for 9 months, I struggled a lot for helping my client as well as Magna. Finally I decide to quit so I informed my manager and he accepted my resignation, there is nothing problem with my client company, and I completed month (April14) But I didn’t received April month salary PF account details and Relieving letter, I mailed several times to all Magna HR’s, they never replied me back very good response from magna I appreciate it. Even I don’t know my account is progress or I am absconded.

Magna Infotech is a Fraud Company. They pay to put good comments on the internet . My personal
experience is one of misery with the company. I was hired and put in ANZ project after 6 months they said project and asked me to leave. Then after 10 months i get another call from them to join J P Morgan in Hyderabad which is another blunder i do and after 12 months again they ask me to resign as the client is not renewing the project. They exploit ur weakness and later you will have gaps in ur resume because they cant even retain you for a 1 day after the client fails to renew ur extension .Such a Barkra company never joins this company even if the salary is very attractive it will be for a very short period and later u will regret joing this bloody company.

I have worked with Magna(Hoenywell) till May14. Its been almost 7 months since i am continuesly following up with Magna through mails/calls but i havenot yet recieved my salary.

Looks like its Magnas policy to make ex-employees run for their salaries so that some oif them would leave te hope and stop chasing them and Magna will be able to save that money in its account.

Its really sad and disappoitnting to chase like this for our money which was earned by working hard and long hrs.

8) Registration with PF Office is doubtful. Fake deductions for PF.
9) No basic leaves or have to pay back for leaves taken even for sick leave.

Magna infotech is the biggest fraud they recruited 10-15 people for oracle, gave the offer letter, made those guys come to their office innumerable times and finally they say the deal with oracle is off. And I have attended the interview in Magna for recruitment position, I was asked about some technical questions in the interview for which I was not able to answer, as I am not a technical guy. I am new to the domestic recruitment, so they have asked me to come down on the salary as I was making much more in my previous company. So, I have agreed and given some figure and left the office. After that I got a call from them and they are offering me some 12k, which is a for the guy who’s having 5yrs exp. I am new to domestic market, it doesn’t mean that I need to accept that low rate. when i join it was being told i will work for patni for alteast one year and if project completes in patni i will be shifted to other client and like after 5 months they relieved me and never shifted i join in july and left in december i wan on 15 dayes bench of magna in jan from 1 to 15 magna told your december salary and bench period salary will be received after 90 days

but nothing happened as when i call them or mail them i never get any reply people who recruited us are disabled aas when we call on same number we get a reply no such person works over here.

they not even open an PF account on your name and not even pay for it

as when i went for an enquiry in PF office they told no such PF account exist as magna never opened it it's a fraud case happened

Introduced a “MALAYSIAN PACKAGE”. At first they attracted SAP professionals by saying that their “PARENT COMPANY” in Malaysia has a project and they need a ten member group for that project. The salary offered to them was around 50, 000 pm.They were asked to undergo a training for 3 months. Similarly they attracted students for .net and java. The management collected different amount from all, ranging from 9000 to 30, 000.
The people who joined Magnus started feeling something bad of the company. The centre at vizag does not even have the basic infrastructure for a training institute.There was also no live projects going on in the company. Totally the situations were getting worse day by day. In the early month of June, the website www.magnusinfotech.com contained the Malaysian address
Magnus InfoTech, Bandar Puteri, 47100 puchong Selangor, Darul ehsan, Malaysia
Meanwhile the Malaysian address was removed from the site. This created confusion among the employees. One of them contacted the Malaysian embassy for the validation of the Malaysian address that was present in the site. The officials informed that the organization in Malaysia has no connection with the office in vizag. The company management came to know about the enquiry and they called the employee and asked him to resign.
IF THE COMPANY WAS GENUINE, WHY SHOULD THEY SEND HIM BACK??
The company should have tried to prove their existence to the other employees, but they never did that and they tried to hide the incident.
However some more trainees came to know about these incidents. They too resigned from the company. Meanwhile some more trainees (around 10) joined the so called” IT COMPANY”. They had even no systems and chairs. The new trainees also began to doubt the company and questioned the manager. He had no answers for many of the questions. At first all the trainees were guaranteed of the placements in Malaysia. After getting several unexpected blows, the company changed its policy. They told that the placements in Malaysia will be based on the performance of the trainees.
Some of the unanswered questions

• Is there an office in Malaysia?( The company claims to have an office, If so then why did they remove the address from the website)
• What is the total employee strength in Malaysia and Singapore?
• Which all are the projects that the company has completed?
• How many people have been sent to Malaysia so far? Give their details
• Why the centre at vizag does not have even the basic infrastructure?
• Other companies have team leaders, project managers, hr executive and so many other officials. If Magnus is an it company then why it is not having these posts.
• What development is going on in the vizag firm?

After reading all the posts, I understood what the business model is for "Magnus infotech". I am from USA and these Indians run the same business here. There are many training cum placement agencies in USA. They import talent from India. Then they train them quickly in different technologies SAP, J2EE, C#, Crystal Reports etc in two months or so. Then they coach you how to give interview basically telling you what questions employers might ask and how to answer them. If the job market is good, they place the candidate. Once their candidate gets hired, they charge the clients $120 per hour and pay the candidate only $25 per hour. The training is free for Indians but if you are a US citizen, they will charge you for the free training since as a US citizen you will not work for such a low wage.

In Malaysia they are just charging the whole training and placement fee upfront. I think one needs to avoid ANY placement agency that charges the candidates money upfront without giving them any job. The proper placement agencies charge the client (not the candidate). I always go for world renouned placement agencies like Pathway resourcing etc.

So, I do think there must be some truth to this complaint.
