I was working for magna infotech pvt. Ltd., bangalore from more than 1 years having employee id-774316. On 31st march 2019 i leave this company. As per company rule which is not mentioned in offer letter that after leave the company a employee will get his/her full and final settlement amount after 90days which i already served. But still now i didn't get my salary from them. Whenever i called the hr mr. Vijay and poc (Person of contact) mr. Chandranath they simply told that it's under process and i will get my salary on or before friday.in every month 4 fridays are coming. After completed 90days also they are not giving my salary for which i already worked for. Here i mentioned the full name of these two persons including their name, contact number and official mail id.

I Rajnarayan Sa, was working in Magna Infotech pvt.ltd from Nov 2015 to July 2016 as software developer at its client side(Cognizant Technology Solutions, Pune).My EmpId:755396. While leaving, Last month salary was on hold upto 3 months as per company policy.But after 3 months They didn't process salary even after many discussion and regular follow ups with (magna info-tech HR) up to 8 months.Kindly help me out.
