I am Vinita, I received a call from from [protected] (Anjali Roy) calling from Magnum Technologies. She was so nice and politely convinced me for Work from home. She said you can earn upto 21000/- in 7 days and the one time registration charges of 4550/- will be deducted from you first salary. Shared the company prospectus. There was some mentioned about multiple logins. so i asked her to explain that. She misguided me saying multiple logins means you cannot use this userid and password in 2 different computers. So i agreed to the terms and signed up with them. Started my form filling from 20th April 2019. On 21st April they blocked my id saying i have done multiple logins. when i called there customer service they gave a completely different explanation of multiple logins. Now they want me to pay 8000/- to unblock my id. which in refused to pay then they started calling from [protected] (Veera) and [protected] (Vijay Sharma) and harassing me saying as you failed to submit your assignment in 7 days there is a charge of 15999/- for project loss and 9999/- for NOC so total 25998/-. So I though as I signed the Legal agreement and just to avoid the legal consequences i paid 15999/- on 30th April 2019 and i told them in June i will pay for the NOC 9999/-.and Veera and Vijay Sharma both agreed to that.. But again on 5th May i received a call from someone saying he is calling from Rajkot High court and i have to pay 55500/- for the penalty charges. That's when i realized its a scam. I did a big mistake by paying the 15999/- Now they sending me text and email saying the case is re-opened and filed to the High Court.. Digital Notice is sent to my email and hard copy will be sent in 15 days.. Now i am waiting for them to proceed with the legal formality. Need help so that we stop this kind of scams and its actually gives lots of mental trauma to all.. Is there any way i can file a case against this company and get my money back and make them pay compensation for the mental trauma which people go through?

And fresherslive (28.04.19). On the next day a company (Magnum technologies) called me and told that

Of there official website where they mentioned that you have to pay 4449/- for registration fees.
But after completing my job they will deduct that ammount from my salary. After that all procedure
Had been done successfully including sending my adhar xerox and my photo with my signature.
They send me userid along with password. They told me not to click link on your mobile phone, but which link won't be open they did't mention it.
After tapping a link in my phone, i had given those uid and password, it was showing to me that your account has been blocked by multiple login. I called in customer care of that company, the person (Veer sinh) was so rudeand told that you have to pay 8000/- right now for unblocking your account. They didn't mention it while our telephonic conversation. After complaining to them, they forcefully charged it. If i am not able to give their compensation they will lodge a case against me i rajkot, gujrat and also i have to pay 20000 /- in court. Sir, i am a student. I don't know what to do. They continuously call me for paying there penalty and threatened me. I went to my nearest police station. They told me that is a scam and give a email to head office. Please help me.

There is a company magnum tech, offered me a job of 700 form filling for 7 days and per form you will be provied 30rupees. Last day their server went down or something happened and none of my forms were getting submitted neither saved. The very next day some guy called presenting himself as the legal advisor of the company and demanded 5k for the fault. Then the technical dept contacted me saying that company will file a case or you have to pay 25k to the company as you have not completed the work in time. I said the mistake was from their side but they didn't listen. They said pay the full amount, and we will resume your work and you will complete it and you will be provided with salary with the refund but after i did the work they said its not enough, as qc report is saying that its only 82% correct where as that is completely false. Then they are demanding 25, 999/- to close the case or to provide a panel.

Maira naam shantanu kumar hai, mai noida mai job karta hu, maire par magnum technopro se call aai or bola kya aap part time job karna chate ho mai phale se he kuch part time job dhoond raha tha, tao maine bol diya yes mai karna chaunga, unhone kuch detail batai or bhot jaldi laldi se registration karwane ko kaha or whatsapp par details maangne ko kaha jaise ki signature aapko photo ek id proof. Ye kaam itni jadli karwa raha tha ki kuch sochne ka time he nahi de rahe thae. Maine kaam shuru karne ke liye kal se bol diya 23 may 2019 se, jaise maine aaj jo id banai thi vo kholne ke koshish ki tao vo nahi khuli, uske baad socha mai kaam karke de du or paisa na mile tao maine company ke baare mai thoda bhot padne ki koshish ki tao pata chala ye totally fraud hai, or isme mai bhi fas chuka hu.

My name is rajinder kumar angurana. I am from pathankot, punjab. I am unemployed and just trying to meke my future secure by doing some job because i am financially not so strong. One day a lady call me from magnum technologies company for doing online data entry operator job without investment. I thought its ok. She said send mw your photograph and signature for verification. I thousht its ok. Whats so wrong. Anyone can have photographs from social media from anywhere. I think its secure. Then she sent me a text message o[censored]ser id and password for login. She told me to fill 700 forms in 7 days and earn 30 rupees each and your salary will be paid after completion of task. They send me agreement on xerox image of government legal document affixed by photograph and signature without my permission. First of all its a private company and second they don't have right to use someone photograph and signature on government stamp paer without live signature and permission. I told them to cancel this agreement because i don't agree but they force me to do and that lady called niya sharma ([protected]) told me that there's nothing wrong and you don't have to pay if your account is blocked or if your task is not completed. But on the first when i started work, after some hours they block my account without any mistake. Then i calk her (Niya sharma) she told me to call our customer support ([protected]). I called at this number and a person speaking rudely yes what you want. I tried to explain my issue but didn't even listen me and spoke rudely and arrogantly and asked forcefully to pay 8000 rupees for maintenance charge and put the phone down. This i call him again but he never replied. Next day i had received mails from magnum technologies to pay maintenance charge otherwise they will put legal court charges on you and threaten me. Next day a person call me from this number ([protected]) and forced and threatened me too pay maintenance charges of 8000 rupees. But i denied because i search reports of this company on ministry of corporate affairs website. This company is not even registered. Its fake. I saw reviews of people and complaints of people same like my case, then i am dead sure that its fake company. Now they are threatening me for legal actions but as i know they are not even legal from their own. Please suggest me what to do? I request you to please take some action on it and save libes o[censored]nemployed and needy youth.

I am anand kumar gupta, i recently got a call for the part time job, one lady called me and tell me about the captcha code filling that i have to fill 700captcha in 7 days in which 90% should be correct and they send me one link through which one app had opened where they said to upload my photo and signature along with they asked me to send my aadhar card photo in email id and i have send them after few minutes they send me a agreement where they put my signature and photo without my permission and there it was written that if i didn't complete it in time or if 90% will not correct then i have to pay the penalty of rs 55000/-and i was unaware about the agreement. Please help me. They are presorise us to pay the penaly of ₹ 55000/- with advocate fees otherwise he will send me court notice from rajkot district court. They also sending me one text message your case has been registered at rajkot district court near, hospital chowk, lohana para, rajkot, gujarat 360001.
Case type - breaching contract of magnum tech. Please look into the matter and take necessary action and save me from this fraud.

I received a call from magnum technologies at saturday 04/05/2019 for online home base job, 700 form in 7 days @30 Rs. Registration amount will be cut from my income, then they will pay my amount. In case More than 10% error i have to pay Registration amout. Afterthat he said for send Address Proof, Selfie and signature. I sent all. He sent one agreement, which was not read and downloaded by me. we started my work but thursday 09/05/2019 when i was completed 428 form and working at their site, i take some time break due to other work, but when when we submit our 429th form message displayed for log out. again i want to login at same day night, then mesage showed " your id is blocked due to mutiple login. In reality i had not do mutiple login and not opened in mobile. We had loged out due to their site error. We talked with their person at friday 10/05/2019, he said, "our technical team will connect with you, also you will get extra time. agsin i connectec in eveing but same answer replied. Toady i received a call from advocate that he will filed a case against me in surat court. After sometime i get a SMS from BT-HCCRTT which content is below:

Hi.. My name is varuna, i am housewife, while looking for part time job so that i can take of 6 year old child i trapped by these guys,.
Please help me if anyone can as these guys are threatening me with the court case and i am simple housewife looking for work so that i can help my husband in some extra income while taking care of my 6 year old child, and companies like magnum take advantages of people like us, not only they have also taken 2000 rs as penalty, even after this they are again n again calling and sending me threatening messages. I followed all the formalities with thses guys but they actually played a trick to me.
Someone please help and also request to all the victims to come forward and join hands against such companies who is harassing people for their own business.

These guys are running a form filling scam. They asked my aadhar, photo and signature details which i gave and sent me a bond paper on which they without my permission signed it and told to fill 700 forms in 7 days for 21000 rs. On 5th may 2019 they had gave me starting date of work when i was open that website on my phone they was blocked my account so i can't be able to work and i was trying to contact them but they didn't pickup my phone on sunday. And after that they calling on monday to asking me what happened so i told them why didn't you pickup my phone so they tell me it was sunday so i did pickup any phone. And after few minutes they call me from different phone number and telling me to pay maintenance charge of software and i tell him that was a online website so how is your software is effected. After that i told him to close my aggrement and i didn't want to do that work so he had told me you have to pay 15 thousands otherwise we take legal action. So why have to pay any type of plenty for this. This is a scam. Where should i complaint about them. Should i go complaint to nearby police station? They had contact me by this no. I received a call from the representative of said company. I was told that i would have to complete a project of filling 700 forms in 7 days. If i make any delay or use multiple pcs to login then my account will be terminated. Also, after submission they will be checking my forms for quality and accuracy. If i don't meet their supposed standard, i will be charged their registration fee. If i do successfully complete their project with accuracy, i will be paid at a rate of ₹30/- per form.
The offer seemed too good to be true. However, since i am a student and short on money, i accepted the offer. I was told to send my photo and aadhar. And later i was told to upload my photo and sign on a website with a header made of stamp paper. I was reading the terms of our agreement. I received 2 calls between that time asking me hurty up and get done. When i told them, that i will read first, they replied very harshly. I was being pressurized to submit the agreement immediately. I did. I got immediately registered. No delay. I got my username. No delay. I opened the portal the next day and found that the data i had to fill was presented in an absurd font, not like the one i was shown before the registration. Also, it turned out that website worked slow. And the font made it more time taking to fill the forms. I double checked each of my submission.
Now, 9 days later. I submitted all the forms. I double and triple checked each submission. I devoted my entire week to just this project. Last night, i checked their portal to find that they have negated all of my submissions as wrong. I have no idea what their quality check criteria are. They didn't even inform me about that, when i especially asked them about the quality check criterias. All i was told, was that they can't reveal it. (I have a recording of the call, and also of the voice data of their representative.)
After the quality check report, i was shocked. I checked about the validity of the company and its website. I found the website to be 23 days old. I also found that just like me, many others have been scammed the same way. That too in last one week. I found many such complaints about this companies fraudulent acts on this site too. They have threatened many of other victims with prospect of legal actions.
I want strict actions to be taken against such group. They are using the time of poor students and housewives. I found many such cases in my research on such fraudulent schemes of data entry and fork filling.

A representative from company called magnum technologies called me and inquired about the interest in data entry jobs. They asked for photo, id proof and email id on whatsapp. I sent it to them. They provided a user id and password. When i logged in it showed that ‘account had been blocked due to multiple login attempts’. When i called the customer care they where not being ready to hear what i want to say and they where shouting and threatening to pay ₹8000 or to face legal procedures by court. I think this company is making profit out of cheating and threatening people.

This is to inform you that i akash shaw from kolkata. I received a call from magnum technologies regarding home based data entry job they told me to register by providing aadhaar card and signature and photo in a agreement paper and after that the mail me an id and password and a job link and told me to fill 700 forms in 7 day with 90% accuracy otherwise they charged 4000. Then i started the job and today 29th of april 2019 at 12 pm the site automatically logout and my account was blocked and then i call to customer care they told me to pay 8000 for server maintenance charge other wise they filed case against me. I told him that the page automatically logged out and login page has came to the widow then he said me if the login page automatically came that means you did not logged out so you have to pay. Then i scared and ask for payment details then he send me details i attached and when i asked for agreement that not opening from mailed link then he forced me to pay or i will filed case then i didn't pay.
Please solve my problem 🙏 i belongings from a poor family. Otherwise i spread this case to social media and pmo office.

Before 7 days somebody call me from the no. Of [protected], and told me that i am from magnum technology, are you interested for home work, there are 700 form, if you fill-up all then you must collect 10000/- from here, and there are a registration fee, which is cutting from your income. And also an agreement we will provide you, for your satisfaction, so we need your photo copy of original voter id, and signature, and a selfie photo.
Then i provide them all of it in whats app.
When i follow the form of them after login, which is provided by them (Log in and passward), i fill that it is not off time work, or it is false, so i deny it.
Today (26/04/2019), some body call me from [protected] and threat me that you are failed to do our work in 7 days, so now you provide the amount of rs. 7000/- for cancellation charge, i deny to provide, then he talk loudly that u sign the agreement on net, if you not provide the amount of rs. 7000/- then you face in court and bound to pay rs.20000/-, what you want.
Sir, i am afraid, please do something for me, they are fraud, and i have no money to pay this type of illegal amount.
