I paid my electricity bill number [protected] for consumer[protected], 4391/mumbra/thane decision - iii, amount ₹4380, via bhim app on 26 october 2018 @ 6:14 pm. Transaction id[protected]. But the paid amount didn't reflect and the next bill came with previous amount added into it.

Next bill amount is ₹5930 for 193 units.
Please resolve......

Our average usage has never exceeded 50 units in last many years. However this month MSEB has sent us bill of Rs. 1440 which is for 200 units.
