I am an NRI staying out of India since last 10 years. I bought an apartment in Mahagunpuram of Mahagun India and have been putting my hard earned money in the flat since last 3 years. Back, few month back i gave 1 lakh to Mahagun to book my flat in mahagun mascot- SHIG, and they people did booking with a token amount of Rs 100000/-, also i told them about my financials and they said if loan will be not done they will return my entire money.
