Hi,
I had not received renewal notice for registeration of my certificate . The first renewal was delayed by the council because of work at the council. 2nd time the renewal was due post 3 years instead of 5 years. There was no renewal notice send. When i came to know from friends i had immediately send it on 28th feb 2014 . I have not received my registeration yet, the council has charged penality of 2500 because of the delay. Other...
