I did my MPhil from an autonomous college under Mahatma Gandhi university and I applied for my migration certificate to do my BEd and submit in the other university, they asked to upload the TC and did the same but till now I havent received my migration certificates my BEd examination is commencing soon and I need migration certificate for appearing the same. I called several times in the contact number provided for the concerned section in website, nobody is even attending the call. very much irresponsible they are.
along with it i applied for the equivalency certificate also.. till now it is just showing application received and no progress.

I applied for my degrees certificate on January and I have not received it yet.

I have completed bca from mgu in the year 2013 with reg no. Sdac10203134
I have applied for my original degree certificate in march 2019 (5 year after the course) with all the relevant documents mentioned as well as an online payment of almost rs.3000 (Fast track application) in favor of mg university.
On 29 april 2019 i went to university directly to know the status of it and they confirmed me saying they received my request for certificate earlier (Which i don't remember) and it was printed on 12 mar 2015 itself and sent to me via postal.
But i haven't received it yet.
While asking for acknowledgement for the sent certificate, they confirmed me saying they are not keeping any record whether the student received it or not after sending.

They checked in the returned certificates and confirmed that mine is not present there too.
Later they checked in the document and confirmed that 1253 is the lot number for my certificate.
I asked them for details of the postal information so that i can cross check with post. They told me that it is difficult and time taking to get those information since they have to check it manually.

While asking for what needs to be done to get the certificate now, they asked me to raise a complaint to the controller of examination.
Then they will investigate the same and if it is really missed in the transit, based on vice chancellors decision they may issue a new certificate or duplicate, they also told mostly they will give duplicate only.
They also told minimum of 2 months is required to do so. I need my original certificate urgently since i am planning to move to canada for a job.

I am not sure whether raising a complaint to controller of examination can get me my certificate.
Even for the degree certificate request which i sent there is no acknowledgement and i am not sure whether they received it or not.
I am currently working in hyderabad and can't follow up the same regularly.
So i am raising a complaint here where at least an acknowledgement is assured.
