On November 8, 2024, I contacted Maid It Easy. They assured me that they would share as many maid profiles as I wanted immediately after I paid ₹1500, even providing a QR code for payment. I trusted their word and made the payment that same day. What happened next was outright fraud.

After receiving my money, they completely stopped responding. I contacted them every single day, yet there was no response. Frustrated with their unprofessionalism, I demanded a refund and made it clear that I no longer wanted their so-called “service.” In response, they lazily sent me two profiles over WhatsApp—mere messages, not even proper documentation. Then, they had the audacity to claim that since they shared “profiles, ” there would be no refund.

I immediately told them I was done with their sham service and demanded my money back. But instead of addressing the issue, they continue to drag their feet and refuse to refund me. This company is a complete scam, exploiting people and stealing their money. Avoid Maid It Easy at all costs—they are nothing but fraudsters.

This is not a business, it's a scam. There modus operandi is to take the payment as soon as possible. Won't even pick your calls as soon as the payment is done. They never intended to send any maids. When we kept calling they sent some random profiles and the maids really never showed up for work.

When I said we will post a review, they threatened that in that case we won't send any more profiles.

It's been more than 20 days since they took the amount. No possibility of refund or even one more profiles from them.

Maid it easy is a big fraud company. When I called first the lady who spoke to me made such tall claims and made me pay 1500 as registration! Fees and 11800 as advance payment for providing a cook. Till now I've not got any cook (after 15days). When I demanded a refund they are refusing citing company policy! What nonsense is this

@MaidItEasy is the worst and a fraud company who collects agency charges, makes false promises to customer about their Nanny's and maids, they made me pay 1500 to show profiles and made me interview 3-4 nanny's and after interviewing the first nanny they made me pay 23, 600 rupees post which the nanny denied services stating distance post which every other nanny did not turn up giving some reason or the other - one wanted additional salary. so far none of them have turned up and these fraudsters are not evening refunding my amount as I have not yet signed the contract, so I should be eligible for a refund!!! Beware next time you think of paying 20k+ agency charges just because they say they’re capable of providing Hindi speaking, housekeeping and babysitter., @Sneha and @varsha the entire team of Hyderabad are just there to bluff to customers and pacify them by their punch line for couple of days - will provide as soon as possible!

This agency appears to be a HUGE SCAM! They are good sales people and convinced me of their maid providing services. But after they received the
payment- registration fee 1500 and 'one time' agency fee of 18880- their tune changed and they also did not provide an invoice or receipt. They were to share 3 profiles and shared only 2, when I insisted for more they said no one else is qualified enough. After speaking to the 2 maids on the phone, the chosen maid who was supposed to join suddenly had a 'family emergency'. They said they will share an alternate, and did so shortly after- which seemed sketchy (why didn't they share more options the previous day when asked). When I asked for them to share the maid's identity proof and agreement between maid-agency they refuse as they claim their vetting of the maids is good enough. They also refused to share details of other clients who can verify them. They shared an agreement for me to sign which was over 10 pages long as if done on purpose for me to avoid reading it. The last page of the contract which I did read, did not reflect the services we had agreed upon. I should have asked for their company registration details and insisted on the maid's identity proof and papers before paying up- it was my foolishness. I would like a full refund, which they refuse claiming they are not denying services. But I no longer want their services as they seem super sketchy and I do no want a stranger whom I cannot vet to work in my house.

I have hired maid on 5th Oct'23. I paid rs 24500 as their service charges.
From 5th Oct till today i.e 15th Oct 23 I have been running behind them for maid's police verification and background check but agency is that irresponsible that they are just blaming each other, and no one is taking responsibility for the same. I have launched online complaint against them on police portal. Person responsible is vidya and Diya who do not even have sense of what they are speaking about and the seriousness of these documents.

Agencey just take money and will never respond to your emails and calls until you tell them in legal language. the same thing happened to my sister agency asked for registration money and service charges in thousands and then vidya did not bothered to pick her call and share the profiles.

Agency will do multiple follow ups with you until you make the payment. once payment is done then you have to run behind them.

This agency is scouting for data from workIndia app and claiming to provide maids that are highly trained professionals.
We paid for a 3 months' subscription. The first profile that they shared, was about a girl who as her them was highly trained. Upon joining this lady confirmed that the agency lady called her to tell that her relatives are looking out for a nanny and if she is interested then they are going to pay a very high amount.

We didn’t find this lady efficient and requested the agency for a replacement. They took 20 days to find one, even after multiple follow-ups and dodging of our phone calls. Remember we just had 3 months’ contract. So, now we are in mid of the 2nd month and they bring another lady, and committed to her without discussing with us that she will get paid heftily and #hours to work would be lesser. Again a bad untrained professional has been sent and we need to go through the same process again.

Now they have also stopped receiving our calls.

Totally a FRAUD COMPANY PAID 20500 sent a nanny named Shailu when we got her aadhar for gate pass she was Odi Sakina asked agency they instead asked what is the issue? Where is the verification? Even after all this the nanny left exactly in a month, their employees Sneha, Sushmita and Dia get super busy and rude after taking deposit money no time to answer your call and force you to pay for maids vist to see your work place, want you to adjust to less time and still pay same 18k and then threaten you to not find nannies and their no refund policy. I am planning to launch a police case first for fraud and then drag them legally so they stop this fraud business and no needy is cheated by these fraudsers

My maid is discontinuing after one month and it has been hell trying to get a replacement from Maiditeasy. DO NOT pay them the commission in advance - they do not respond to your calls or take you seriously. After multiple attempts, I finally liked one profile and they are charging me additional commission because they know my money is stuck with them and I don't have an option.

Maid services are not provided even after making full payment of 17700rs. These cheats are not even responding to calls now. We are going to make a formal police complaint and expose these thugs on social media, in all the communities nearby to make sure these cheats dont get any business. Will make sure these cheats Ashwini, Sushmita and others are put behind the bars with all the evidences we have.

The agency charged me 45 days of maid salary and not provided any service. they sent maids who are looking to work for 1 or 2 weeks, and then they take money and disappear.
This is complete fraud agency and they stop responding also. It has been two months and I am struggling with them

They sent us a maid that caused property damage. We asked her ti leave immediately. No service was availed. We asked them to reimburse as we don't want to avail their service. They literally are stealing money upto 34.5k

They took 20k +1.5k for advance and showing maid profile. Now no one showed up. Maid is not picking call

We enquired for a babysitter in chennai.They asked us to pay 1500 as a registration fee, which we paid. Then they said they are ready with a babysitter for 13k and asked us to pay that amount which we paid.After that no response from them. Whenever we call they either don't pick up the call, if they pick they say they are still looking for a suitable babysitter, we asked them to reimburse the money which they are not at all agreeing, saying it's against their policy. Why should we uneccasarily pay these frauds and wait for their so called service which they don't give a damn to provide. Kindly don't avoid maiditeasy, one of the best CON agency.

Ashwini spoke to us and promises to provide a maid service by giving us details police verification proof and training. She stopped picking calls after payment and routed us to Ramya for more payment. They are playing around neither providing the maid details nor refunding amount
