Myself deepa sangave from nasik, maharashtra have paid for two policies "maitri suvarnasiddhi pvt. Ltd" against [1] plan no.6 term 4 years and plan no.8 term 3 years. I have paid rs. 24000/-. Photos of both policies are given. Kindly refer the same and do the needful. We have submitted details to bhadrakali, nasik, police station as suggested by the agent mrs. Shaila milind shinde. Almost 2 years have passed but no action. Kindly look into matter and arrange for repayments of the same. I have confidence everything will be resolved soon. I have purchased a policy from MAITRI SUVARNSIDDHI PVT LTD branch Sindewahiof net value unit pris 93200 on 16/11/2013. I have paid full installments upto today. pol no. VIKRAM PRABHAKAR TRIPADE.And now I want to apply for repayment. Now branch closed from sindewahi.Searched for online form but couldn't find. Please suggest any type of solutions possible. pls mention website to fill online form asking for repayments. Pls help me. Thank you. .
