I am unable to track my share details

Hi I am Dinesh Kotian, Since Sept 2012 I am trying to check my share details online, but I am facing number of issues listed below.
1) When I am trying to login on www.mangalkeshav.com –Login to Trading Back office, it takes long time. (which does not happens with other site on my system ).
2) If luckily I get connected to the site I am not been able to view my share statement.
3) So I tried...

I am Sameer R Kudalkar I have resigned my job on 15.01.2010 & i my pf wthdrowal request to be submitted in June 2010.but till date I have not recd my PF and also note recd any update from PF office.Many time i calling to pf office but Every time they are telling your PF is under process.I do not know what can i do. My PF no is MH/44296/402.
