Product not delivered nor Refunding the amount

Hi
I pre booked apple watch ultra 2 by paying prebooking amount of 2000rs. On the day od delivery it was still showing processing therefore i called customer care and they said we will provide you with 2000rs. Prebooking amount coupon and again you have to order and you will get it in 3-4 hours but the product dint got delivered as it was delayed so i placed cancellation request to the customer care and requested for the refund. But still when i check the orders history both the orders are showing in process and no cancellation request mail is sent by the company nor any refund process.
I have messaged/called customer care
7-8 times for the same issue to get resolved they respond by saying we will call you back but no call nor any response to solve the issue nor they reply on mail provided.
Please take strict action against this in which they dont deliver products on time mentioned on the website nor they refund the amount.
I want my refund as soon as possible.

Please read my case carefully and give me a solution for this:
I had submitted my MacBook Pro on 2nd July 2023:
Workorder No- KHAR[protected],
Request No-
Serial /IMEI No- FVFHGAUXQ05D,
Product- MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020),
Since your technician told me that it's a battery issue and I made the payment for 45, 000 + 2, 700 service charge, then in some days they told its not battery issue its motherboard issue and it will Cost + 8000 around so I decided not to done repairing now and ask to return my device so technician said your laptop is working now its just the fan issue now and they were taking time so i visited the store on 10th July and they handover the MacBook in just half hour.
And on the second day the laptop had the same issue just like before. So I resubmitted my laptop again in the service center on 11 July 2023:

Product- MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020),
I have not got any solution yet and I am not getting any updates on it from the service center. I am doing the daily follow ups and they were not receiving the calls, not replaying the emails on time.
On resubmission 1 person told me it's assigned to the person. then I called for the check the next day and the other guy told me it's not assigned yet. Then I visited again personally because I am not getting any proper update on call too and then I knew my laptop was sent to Mangalore.
THey after waiting for days they told me they are unable to repair the laptop so I asked them to return the device and refund the money. But they are taking their time in that too. and one day after my many follow ups and calls I got to know they have placed my laptop part in another customer's laptop and dispatched it.
So after some days, they were bluffing that you will get your laptop by 9.00 pm but 2 days now they have not dispatched my MacBook yet.
It's 26th July now and today also no one is receiving my calls and replying to my emails. So I had to call their manager directly to get the updates. But unfortunately I am not getting any proper updates or solutions and nothing.
And they just replied to email after 7.30 that they were unable to dispatch the laptop.
We can't accept this kind of service from a brand like Apple/Maple. Unable to find proper solutions, not doing proper repairs, also not providing proper updates after asking many times. Every time when I ask for updates, I just hear sorry we let you know and it’s just a bluff. I’ll suggest if you guys have that much workload that you can’t make your promises please do hiring. It cost me a lot of time and money as well. I visited the service center from Dombivli to Khar Road personally, however I'm still not getting any results.
It's already delayed and I am losing my work connections in the absence of my MacBook. It is affecting my professional life badly.
I have lost the faith that I will get back my MacBook in the same condition that I have submitted.
So, first let me know how can I believe in this and what you guys can do for this and sort this thing?

Maple store are replacing parts parts of new device to the old.

I have bought Apple M1 pro 16 inch… few months back.. First problem occurred, it was charging port. Then I sent it to the maple store which is in Khar. They officially said it will take three days… Their website claims 1 day return but it took 11 days. But after they return the computer I found out keyboard wasn’t as before… it has problem. I complained to the their official email. They didn’t reply for two days. Then they asked me to do again their official procedure. In between of that my professional commitments are in stake. Again they gave me reason that they couldn’t reach me because they are celebrating Ganesostav… I was still trying to work and finish my professional task.. But last night the speaker have completely gone and computer is also not working properly. My doubt is maple store and services replacing the parts… it is evident in my case because I haven’t given my computer to the service for keyboard it was for the charging port but I have different keyboard which look a like old and doesn’t work properly… I was till now managing by external keyboard but now the speakers… I have no choice but wait for maple response. I request to take some action.

Brought in my iphone with complaints of charging port not working. They took 1250 rupees from me to run diagnostics which said phone will not turn on. They did not do any service as requested by the iphone analytics i had done previously. I get back the dead phone with a quote of 37, 000 to change hardware. I refuse this option. I try and charge it with another cable and it works.
So the maple service center at khar did nothing and just tries to squeeze out money.

Wrong Charges Levied without Informing

I had Visited Maple Store Rcity Mall for Buying an Iphone 12 on 28th March 2021 & my invoice no is [protected].
I had clearly stated the Sales representative about buying the phone on EMI with Zero interest & confirmed with her if they have that facility. She said yes we also discussed with her about the tenure of 12 months. I got an email from HDFC Credit card regarding the same transaction wherein 1.5% p.m of Fixed Interest has been charged on the transaction of 8300 & now my phone is costing me 91500. Nobody in the store, Sales Representative of the billing representative informed us about the interest or charges. I called on the customer care & complaint about the same after 2 days i got a call from [protected] from some guy from the store he took the sales representative on the conference call, where she accepted that she has not informed us that EMI of 12 month is chargeable & uptil 6 months its zero interest, i told her i[censored] had informed me about it i would have opted for 3-6 months why would i go for 12 months & pay an extra 8500/- for which she said yes its a mistake from their side. I told her i wont be paying a single rupee extra for their mistake & review my tenure or whatever necessary for that she said now nothing can be done as its lockdown. I asked for her seniors number for which she did not provide any.
Why should a customer pay an extra 8500 for the negligence of Sales Representative ?

apple macbook pro screen defective

I purchased apple macbook pro from maple store at vashi, navi mumbai. But the screen is found to be defective more than once. At present the screen condition is very bad. I use this laptop very cautiously and i am very disturbed that it has taken away my pleasure of working on a apple laptop.
Now i am getting a feeling that maple sells refurbished apple laptops as new one. Very bad.
