I am registered member of Humsafar Matrimony on behalf of sister.
I had paid Rs.2500(in Indore) branch of SBI bank) & they told me that I would get 30 online contacts as well as 60 offline matched profiles.
But they had proposed me few profiles ,out of then 2 were not related to my profile. I told about the matter to their head office also but they also paid no heed to it. Only refering it to the...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved.
