Incase a student only wanted to learn Gaming he was discouraged by saying that if he only opted for one course he/she would not get any placement, so they suggested that a student go in for an entire course which would include a number of softwares and...

Sir,

I did my diploma in AD3D XPERT from MAAC Jaipur in[protected] but have not yet received my Cambridge Certificate which was promised to be delivered in 60 days after completion of course. When ever i contact the management through mail and ask them about my certificate I only get one answer that I will receive my certificate when they receive from HO. And management is not ready to answer any query regarding the certificates.

Please help me to get my certificates.

* I have registered with Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics on 1may 2021 and paid registration fees rs.11800 and they have registered me in course advfx+maya .the course fees of advfx is 3, 11, 520 and the duration of the course is 2 years. the course fees of maya is 1, 02, 660 both are independent courses .

* we had requested to registered in advfx only and after that in maya because advfx is of 2 years and after completing this course we can take admission in maya which is comletely independent course they should demand 1, 02, 660 after two years that is after completing advfx.

*the course that is maya which is going to be started after two years, the Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics is demanding in advance ie. before two years and its also independent course and which is going to be started after two years

my question is this why they demanding fee of 1, 02660 before two years and i had requested them on 3.5.2021 to cancel my registration then they are not giving me back my registration fee.

sir maine MAAC mei advfx+maya mei admission liya tha on 1.5.2021 ko ye dono alag alag courses hei dono ke fees bhee alag alag hey ADVFX ki fees 3, 11, 520 hei aur maya ki 1, 02, 660 hey. maya wala course two years ke baad registrar hona hei jab advfx complete ho jayega lekin ye log maya ki fee two years phle hee maang rahe hei aur jab maine kaha ki cancel kar do toh ye cancel ke liya maine very next day i.e. on 2nd may 2021 ko bola toh unhone kaha ki main fee refund nahi karungee.

कैसे झूठ बोल कर एडमिशन लेना, एडवांस सीखने के नाम पर लम्बी-चौड़ी फीस लेना और पढ़ाना बेसिक तक भी नहीं और नॉन रिफंड के नाम पर स्टूडेंट्स को बदनाम कर देंगे, केस चला देंगे आदि से उसको डराना, फंसाना हरस्मेंट कराना सेक्सुअल हरस्मेंट हो तब भी इंस्टिट्यूट बदनाम ना हो जाए इसलिए सब सबूत मिटाकर स्टूडेंट्स को ही फंसाना और बदनाम करना नॉन -रिफंड फीस ऐसा है जैसे एक बार मक्खी, चूहा आदि पिंजरे में फंसा उसे परेशान करना क्यूंकि सिक्योरिटी, रजिस्ट्रेशन के नाम पर एडमिशन के समय ही 50000 रुपया तक एडवांस फीस ले ली जाती है बाद में सच्चाई इंस्टिट्यूट की जब स्टूडेंट्स को पता चलती तो वो नॉन -रिफंड फीस बता ये पैसे ना देते | इस तरह स्टूडेंट्स काफी लुटा हुआ महसूस करते और पुलिस आदि तो cognizable केस तक में कुछ नहीं करती ऐसे केस को सुनकर मजाक भी बनाती है ताकि कंप्लेंट फाइल नहीं करनी पड़ जाए उन्हें और उन्हें एक काम मिल जाए इसलिए स्टूडेंट्स को बातो से उलझा उसकी समस्या पर कोई एक्शन नहीं लेती |
इस तरह स्टूडेंट्स का नाम, समय, पैसा, करियर, मानसिक शांति सब खराब होता और पढ़ाई तो आगे कौन ही करने देता क्यूंकि हर कोई अम्बानी तो है नहीं एक जगह छोड़ा दूसरी जगह फिर लाखो की फीस दो, समय, पैसा आदि सब दो | इस तरह दिमाग में एक ही सवाल है क्या स्टूडेंट्स को ऐसी सब समय का सामना ना करना पड़े दुबारा | क्यों नहीं सरकार कड़े नियम स्टूडेंट्स की सुरक्षा हेतु बनाती ? ताकि ये इंस्टिट्यूट बुद्दू बना स्टूडेंट्स का जीवन ना खराब कर पाए | उसे सही माहौल, शिक्षा, फसिलिटी, सही मूल्य में कोर्स आदि सब दे जोकि स्टूडेंट्स का अधिकार है |

Hi my name is priyam yadav i took admission in maac thane brance im no longer continuing my course so i ask for a refund on this i talk to neeta rawat regarding but however she is saying we dont refund i paid 100000 rs for advance vfx course i told her that atleast refund my half percentage of the amount she is still not ready and when i ask her is their any higher authority with whom i can talk she still saying no her contact no is [protected] i need help. I had took laon for this i told her my issue but she is not ready to help at time of taking admission she didnt told me all dis i need some one to call me and help me my no [protected]

I have paid complete fees for 3D Animation course from MAAC Chandigarh for my brother Abhimanyu Arora. He has completed the course a year back but he hasn't got the certificate from MAAC. Now , that centre has closed its operation from chandigarh/panchkula. The left out staff is not helping and they are asking to talk to Noida head office. We tried to talk to them , but they are also not helping out. Its been a month chasing them but no one is helping.

Please let me know if you can help us in this matter or is there any procedure so that I can go and file a case in consumer court.
