I gave 5 lakhs to ashit jain owner of the company on 19th august 2017 under the account name poundwize forex pvt ltd bank name hdfc with account no.[protected] as payment was completed on jan 2018.
He promised me that he will send me to canada on open work permit but he failed to full fill his promise neither he provided me any offer letter or file number when i asked for that he made certain excuses and after one year when i demanded my money back he again kept on making excuses.

As for now i want my money back that is why i am lodging this complain against him.
It is my request to all the people not to trust this man and his company as he is a fraud.

If any miss happening occurs in my family this man and his company would be entirely responsible for that.

Here comes another cheating case. I contacted ashit jain for job assistance in canada. Job was ready and he will give me offer letter in 2 days. So he told me to deposit money to his relatives bank account, i did that. Many times i told him to give payment receipt that i paid. He gives you fake commitments. Now more than 6 months passed and he said that i didnt make any payment to his company.
Whoever got cheated by mediaid india, email to poe, new delhi. They will assist you in resolving it.

I want to bring your kind attention regarding fraud company which provide the fraud fake offer letter and make fool to the public and innocent people. Ashith jain he took money for job from me and my friends. He told me to refund and he was sent fake bank deposit slip and check. They are running their consultancy business in south delhi.
