I am Manish. In the month of July and August 2019, i got several calls from this number [protected] (Raj Verma), Bajaj Finance personal loan department, Mumbai branch. He told me that “you got the offer for personal loan against insurance”. He explained me about the plan that “if you will take insurance (Insurance plan will Bajaj decide from which company and which plan) with a premium of 1 lakh per year for 10 years. you will get Rs.1000000 loan for 10 years on 0% interest rate. You have to pay premium only for 10 years and after maturity whole amount Bajaj will keep. He explained in this way you have so many benefits 1. Only you have to pay 1 lakh premium per year (yearly or monthly basis after 1 year). 2. In case of death Bjaja will settled its loan from your insurance not from your family. 3. Bajaj is not selling you insurance, Bajaj’s moto is to give Loan, so we can arrange to give you whole (20%) commission amount against this policy through out the policy year.
After checking my eligibility aproxx 12 Lacks, they initiate with Bharti Axa Life Secure Income Plan (Policy No.[protected] Dated 24 Sep 2019), in which I have paid online premium of Rs. 50000 only. During This period I had talked their seniors Akash Verma (Head) and Neha (Head assistant).Three Mobile Numbers I will going to mention here (1. [protected]-Akash Verma, [protected]-Neha and [protected]-whatsapp). Now, they said to get insurance there is verification in between, and they taught me how to answer all verification questions, I have recorded proof for all these things. They said after receiving insurance within 15 days, they initiate for loan and that would took maximum 30 days. If anyhow loan not sanctioned they would cancel my policy and my whole amount would returned to my account.
Now their game would start, “sir 15 din me bajaj se executive aayega loan ka document sign karane aur wo apne saath aapke policy bond ko le jayega, 15 din beete, sir alphabaticaly number aata hai M abhi time lagega, sir holidays hain, next week ho jayega, sir this month ke end tak ho jayega, sir main aapke hi kaam me laga hu, aaj sham tak k cal aa jayega” there are so many excuses and after wasting 2 month one day they said, “sir Bharti Axa NOC nahi de raha hai, agar aap India First Life Insurance se Rs. 30000 ka Plan le len to main file ko aage badha paung aur Loan hone k baad ye 30000 bhi aapke account me return kara dunga. Maine dubara belief kar k India First ka (Policy No. 10540385,[protected] ko kara liya.”
After passing 181days for my first Rs. 50000 payment and 115 days, there are no end of their excuses. I have all recording of their cal and whatsapp are available in my phone as well as in my laptop. They harassed me lot, some time they don’t pick phone calls, they not reply any whatsapp. They are also cheat BAJAJ FINANCE, BHARTI AXA AND OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES.
I have complaint aginst all their team members, here below their names…

Respected sharma ji & chugh saab,

With due respect, my name is rajan rishi (Advocate) working at district bar council, sangrur, punjab. My father sh. Vinod rishi, received a phone call from a person, who told himself is khushwant singh (Ph. No. +[protected], his snap on his whatsapp is in attachment no. 1) exact date not known but estimated 15/10/2019 or near about.

He told him that he is working in reliance jio (Tower installation department). He check our land, which is in sangrur, on google earth. He told to my father that your’s land is in very good location, which we want, for reliance jio tower. He told him are you willing to sign a contract with our company on below mentioned terms and conditions :-

The term of this contract is for 10 years.
The company will pay the rent of that tower is rs. 35, 000/= per month.
Annually 10% increase in rent.
And some more lolly-pops.

My father agree for all the terms and conditions. After that day my father often received so many calls from different phone numbers, some are (+[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]From mercury insurance office),[protected]From mercury insurance office) by different persons for basic and general inquiry regarding our land, family etc. My father in good faith provide every information to him.

On dated 06/11/2019, my father received a phone call from khushwant singh, he told that file of tower is processed but you may pay a token amount of rs 95, 000/= in the shape of life insurance in bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd. Under secure income plan and that amount of rs 95, 000/= will be refunded to you by reliance jio within 30 days because all the premiums will be paid by reliance jio company in future on your behalf.

My father pays that amount of premium from my saving bank account (A/c. No. [protected], punjab national bank, court road branch, sangrur) in the name of virat rishi (Grandson) in very good faith through a/c payee cheque no. 531338. On dated 06/11/2019 along with one cancelled cheque (531339) and a/c payee cheque (531338) all the necessary documents sent through courier service on that address, which was given to us by him (Please check attachment no. 2). After some days we got a policy booklet from bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd. Under secure income plan. (Policy no.[protected] on the name of virat rishi s/o rajan rishi, please check attachment no. 3).

After that khushwant singh often calls from different numbers (Please listen one voice call in attachment no. 4) and told about the status of file and refund status of rs 95, 000/=. On that time we have a blind faith on khushwant.

On dated 28/11/2019, he told that your file has passed and the two more policies have to be purchased on your’s two family member by reliance jio company. The premium of 1st policy is of 80, 000/= per annum and of 2nd policy is of 40, 000/= in the shape of earnest money. But now 1st premium is paid by you and that amount of rs 1, 20, 000/= (80, 000+40, 000) will be refunded within 15 days. My father in good faith pays the premium of rs 80, 000/= from (A/c. No. [protected], punjab national bank, court road branch, sangrur) and the premium of rs 40, 000/= from (A/c. No. [protected], punjab national bank, court road branch, sangrur). After some days we got two more policies from bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd. Under secure income plan. (Policy no.[protected] on the name of rajan rishi s/o vinod rishi of rs 80, 000/= and policy no.[protected] on the name of chhaya rishi w/o rajan rishi of rs 40, 000/=, please check attachment no. 5 & 6).

After that we realize that khushwant singh starts avoiding us. He neither pick our phone nor reply our messages (Please check attachment no. 7).

Then we realize that he is a fraud. We warn him through whatsapp but he becomes completely silent about that whole matter. Then we check all the three policies thoroughly and we found that all the three policies are registered through same broker (Broker code:221230, broker name : mercury insurance broker pvt. Ltd., e-mail id : [protected]@jaininsurance.in, phone no. :[protected]/215, please check attachment no. 8, 9 & 10). We send e-mails to you, mentioned on all the three policy booklets of bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd. Under secure income plan. But you provide wrong e-mail on that policy booklets of bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd. Under secure income plan.

When nothing is replied by your’s side then we mailed to bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd. For free look period for two policies of rs 80, 000/= and rs 40, 000/=. After some days that amount is refunded back to our accounts. But now amount of 1st premium of 95000 is pending for refund.

So please tell me what i can do to get my premium back. I am very much clear that khushwant singh is a fraud and he is in relationship with mercury insurance group as an employee/ partner/ director/ broker/ sub-broker etc because he called me so many times from the land-lines phone no. Of your’s broker office, mentioned on all the three policy booklets.

If he has done a fraud with us, then i am sure that same fraud might have been happens with other innocent people also. This is my last request to you please refund my rs 95, 000/= other wise i shall be compelled to go for litigation, complaints / rti to irdai/ corporate affairs etc.

He told me that “you got the offer for personal loan against insurance”. He explained me about the plan that “if you will take hdfc life super income plan with a premium of 1lakh per year for 8 years premium need to paid and you will get...

This is dhivya, physcially challanged person. On dec 19th 2017, i got a call from mr. Karthik, icici bank personal loan department, nungambakkam branch, mob no: [protected]. He told me that “you got the offer for personal loan against insurance”. He explained me about the plan that “if you will take hdfc life super income plan with a premium of 1lakh per year for 8 years premium need to paid and you will get total amount of rs.20l in 16 years plan, based on that security, we will sanction a loan amount of rs.20lakhs. For that you need to pay interest amount of rs.6100 per month for 2 years and after that you will get noc letter from icici bank and we will deduct the loan amount in insurance returns”. I heard about the plan and ask him to call after 1 week. After 10 days i got a call from ms. Anitha and she told me that karthik was in leave, she is his senior, so she will guide me for processing. And also i got the confirm call from her senior ms. Gowri, mob: [protected], before processing insurance and got the checklist of the necessary docs. As per ms. Anitha’s commitment, once we got the insurance bond, we will process the loan in 10 working days. Based on her words, i applied hdfc life super income plan with a premium amount of 1l (In cheque) per year and submitted all the necessary documents to mr. Gokul, executive from hdfc life insurance at coimbatore (Mob no : [protected]) on 6.1.2018. I received a bond on 20.1.2018 and send a policy no : 19970298 to ms. Anitha. After 1 week, she informed that the amount will be credited on 19.2.2018, before 3 days you will receive call from customer care and executive will collect the necessary documents. But as said commitment, nothing is happened and not at all response from her on that period.

When i reach her after 2 days, she told me that sorry for the delay, due to some issues, it is delaying. We will clear this issues and it will be definitely credited on march 8th 2018. For that i asked her to send me mail confirmation from bank. She told me we will send you. For the past 1 week, am trying to reach her, but no one is responding. Instead of her, ms. Kavitha and ms. Saranya attending the call and when i asked landline no, they told that landline no is always busy. So you should call on this mobile number and told me that ms. Anitha was hospitalized and in leave. She will come and guide you. There is not at all response from those team. I was so depressed and scared about this issues.

When i tried with customer care, they told there is no records found.. Then only i came to know that i was cheated by those network team.. For the past 3 months, they wasted my time and efforts and make false commitments. When i tried to trace that team, i came to know that the agent name is mr. Rajesh and he accepted all their cheatings and he also accept that this like we use trick for promoting insurance product and also he told me that his superior company is mercury insurance brokers pvt lld... And we are a sub vendor of this promotion..

I have taken the policy in hdfc life insurance co. Ltd in the month of jan’18 for the value of 1lakh and the person who spoke to me through telephone has misguided me by saying that i will get the loan as if i take this policy from hdfc and i can’t afford to pay this much amount of premium every year, this is white collared cheating. I know how many persons are suffered due to this... Because of 40% commission, that team do like this... As per their team commitment, i want to cancel my policy and return my money with immediate effect. I sent mail but not response..

I have audio conversations by that team to prove it... People should aware about this... There is no humanity at all.. Hereafter nobody should affect on this.. I need justice...
