Booklet refund/renewal

One of the sales person of the company offered me a booklet saying i can explore places like restaurants, hill stations, hotels etc after buying this booklet from him. As per him it was more than a bundle of joy at a budget friendly cost so i bought it. Then right after a month of buying this book from him Covid 19 started getting hold of everyone so all the public places went into lockdown. Now when the things started getting normal & we were allowed to roam around freely I also dreamt of going to some places & claiming the benefits of this booklet but now whom to contact to check the validity of this booklet as the guy who promised me so much is out of reach & there is no one to ask whether I will get this renewed/refunded. Request to you whoever reading this who can do the needful please give me some sort o[censored]pdate on this. I dont want my money to go in vain. Thank you & I'd be grateful to you if you do so.

I have purchased two coupons from metro couponz of 1200 each few months back in a hope that it will be usefull
But its my kind notice don't buy these coupons its a waste of money
Very few restaurant accept that is also maybe other wise no. One accept the coupons they have given me a coupon of wax museum with a booklet of 1000 coupons
But wax meuseum is closed in mumbai and still they are sold me those since i was unaware of that i purchase after visiting the place i found that it doesn't even exist than i called there executive about it
There was a person whose name was abdul he told me that he will help me to replace the coupon but now he doesn't even pick up my call and the company is saying just call abdul we will not be able to help you in this
Abdul also saying the same that now he can't do anything in this
Its just a waste of 2400 rupees
I wish i can get the refund ever but these are false hopes from metro couponz company
Please don't purchase it
Even restaurant also never accept the coupons

There is no valid number or email provided by Metro Couponz to their consumers in case of seeking any help & support. This clearly reflects the reputation of this company. Nothing much to say but pls don't cheat people with false commitment & make money. I'd be highly obliged if someone can help me out. (Mob no [protected])
