I have tried to contact MGU Meghalya (http://mgu.edu.in) Via phone call however after 3 min call goes to Voice mail. I have written email as well to get my transcript. however no response from them. Since i have the mark sheets with me I need to get Transcript & Degree certificate. Need help urgently to get both of them asap.

I completed my bca in 2016 my enrollment no. Is mgu/122/rns/2802680/11 & submitted the online process of migraton form &i paid for it 5000 rs. But i did not recieve any mail so what i hav to do next. So i request you to please provide my online migration certificate so i have to submit it in mca cource which is i apllied for. I also trying to contact you but not be able.

I had taken up a bachelor of arts degree with mahatma gandhi open university meghalaya and have completed my course in the year 2016. As per their policy i applied for my convocation a year later on 31st march 2018. It is new june the 6 th of 2018 and i have still not received my certificate and in spite of following up with them a several times through email i have not received any response. Respected i already had complained about my degree which i applied on 19-jan-2018 online bye paying 5000 rupees but till time i dint get my degree, when i call to given number number o[censored]niversity they dint pic the call, its my request to all please send my degree to my given address. Because wherever i applied for job they need degree

Sir,

I have enrolled for mgu mca and have completed the course under enrollment no:mgu/112/rns280067/002. After completion i have applied for the convocation certificate three months back with all the relevant documents mentioned with the online payment of 5000rs, but i have still no got any information regarding the same. No response regarding convocation certificate and yet i have not received my certificate. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer my calls. I have to apply for my higher education mgu said they will issue the certificate in 15 days. Highly unprofessional behaviour by keeping a student's career at stake and harassing them.

Please try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Looking forward for a positive and prompt reply.
