I took admitted to MITsde as my friend recommended me it as a good college for MBA. I enrolled in may and paid the lump sum amount. I asked her (amruta) when will lectures commence for MBA 2022 batch in Finance, first, she told me it'll start in July. I attended a lecture in July but the person conducting the lecture was on the 6th and 7th chapter, how is it possible?
I told her that this happened and asked again when will the lectures for my batch specifically begin and she told attend any or all lectures which are being held(she didn't have the proper answer no matter how many times I asked or explained to her).
I also asked her in May only if there were any WhatsApp groups she denied no we don't have any official group and told me if we have any doubts ask her or raise a ticket. Firstly even the staff whoever is responding to tickets raised doesn't have a proper answer for any questons or doubts asked.
Even at present, today is the 20th of august, there are no lectures held after the 14th of July and I asked her how can I start the process of cancellation of this admission as I don't like services she told me the policy says we can not give a refund.
She tells me to see recorded lectures, I too know that but She told me before admission that we'll get credit scores if we attend live lectures, and now she's telling me there will be no live lectures held and claims that she told me about this during admission. Why will I even enroll if I knew there will be no live lectures? I made a friend through some WhatsApp groups who are also facing this problem. MITSDE is a big fat lie and they will flip
when you have doubts regarding anything.
I need a refund, I've also not given my 1st sem exams here and nor paid for them yet. I regret taking admission please give my money back.

I have taken admission in the Project Management programme in 2019 and just passed out on Mar-21. I have referred my friend Mr. Ripudaman for the management program from MITSDE as I found it one of the best institutes for pursuing distance education.

I would like to highlight that Miss Shwetal from Pune was given the responsibility for the admission related process and queries with Mr. Ripudaman. As per the latest incident that happened today (28-Aug-21), Miss Shwetal misbehaved and tried to create urgency that the admission process will be closed today and further no admissions will be entertained. In addition, she mentioned that brands like MIT do not need sales. She addressed my friend as an idle person doing nothing and further added that any discount will not be provided as I am not the owner of MIT.

I would like to ask you guys, If MIT does not need sales then why do I get constant emails for reference and when I gave the reference, Miss. Shewtal didn't handle it. She does not know how to deal and behave with customers and instead of accepting her mistake she tried to call my friend a fool who was asking her to wait till next week. My friend and I were also from a sales background and know very well how it works. If this continues, MIT will soon stop getting any students and references.

We again received a call from Mr. Vinod Bhane for clarification and solving the grievance. When I explained him everything, that lady came in between and started shouting and said shut up. I mean WOW!!.. Amazing service... These guys are so rude that nobody can speak to them and moreover they don't accept their mistakes. Later they were not receiving the calls. If I talk about my experience, even after 2-3 emails, I have not received any interview calls or not been referred by MIT to any company. Is this level of service I was accepting from MIT?? Not even a single reference to a job. And when I took admission I was told that one year of extended assistance will be provided for jobs also and I have not got the same even during my studies. I have not accepted this and I will definitely not recommend MITSDE to anyone for studies.

I had enrolled for PGD IN Operation management, i had completed my exam in 2014 sep but till date i havent got my result i had written several email on my blackboard tool, several feedback more than 100 care call, still i havent received contact of any adorable person to whom i can raise my concern ... its a humble request to provide me my exam result and please call me on [protected] or Else i had to send legal notice to your institute..
