The distributor in Amabttur, Chennai refused to accept my Aadhaar as POI and POA document. Insisted me to buy accessories. When I asked for the Field Officer's contact details for complaining they refused to provide it. This information is to be displayed on their notice board; but they have a digital board and it does not contain this information.

Respected sir, my Indane distributor number is 29638 and i have submitted all my aadhar details in the bank and also given to the distributor. After submitting all my details i have book cylinder and the cylinder has been delivered to me on[protected] but still i have not got my subsidy ammount. I have complaint to the distributor but no action was taken for the past 1 1/2 months. Please sir cane i get the required details y i have not yet received the ammount. I Anil Kumar, booked cylinder almost 45 days before. Still cylinder is not delivered to my residence. Very rarely they will pick up the call, and when asked they said, boy went for deliver and door was locked. My question is why they did not informed me about the delivery date.
