I karan matta lived in 3/114 subhash nagar new delhi-110027, I want to lodge complaints against two mobile towers illigally installed in my neighbourhood 3/115 and 3/117 subhash nagar new delhi-110027 both the tower installed in residential area which is hazards for the health of people lived here but landlord of that buildings not ready to listen any thing as they are greedy fellow request you to please help in remove these deadly towers...

D&D and Bulk SMS conflicts

Hi ,
I am not the only one who is suffer of the Bulk SMS service provided by the Mobile operators. Here anybody can register to there site and send messages to innocent peoples. They are breaking the the Law of "Do Not Disturb" service as well.
The Mobile service providers don't even thing about that the person is register to DND service or not.
I get frustrated from these messages, around...
