Today on 6th May 2025 our guard Ramakant got bitten by a monkey.
From almost last two months our colony is facing terrible havoc by a group of monkey's.
Please do something as its a big scare for all the residents as well as the workers and the guests visiting our locality.
In spite of all our failed attempts like putting cut outs of Langoor etc, nothing...

I m a resident of A Block Lajpat Nagar Part 1 New Delhi and want to complain about the growing menace of Monkeys in our locality. With more than 30 of them, it is almost impossible to step out of the house.

There have been many instances that they destroy our clothes, plants, pipes, cable wires and constantly disturb us at any time of the day.

As days are passing, they are rising at large in numbers.

I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to the growing menace posed by monkeys in our locality. Over the last few years, the problem of monkey nuisance in our neighborhood has been a major source of concern. Due to lack of food, the monkeys are supposed to have migrated from the sahibabad to ghaziabad near railway station sunder Puri area These monkeys cling to water pipelines, destroy plants and steal food as well as drinking water from water tanks. They may even break into the house and cause damage to property. Going out in the morning has become quite tough for us, particularly for women and children. I hereby request the authorities concerned to look into the matter immediately and take necessary action to drive the monkeys away from our locality.

We are facing Monkey menace in ward no. 8, mewat, haryana, 122105. Nearly 20 Monkeys from last months wandering in the society that may cause damage to the residents or children of the society. We even tried on your several given numbers in the same field but no one respond. There could be the chances of Monkey Injury while their self defense.We cant even go to our tarrace and they are damaging our properties like clothes etc. So you are requested to appoint a team to resolve the issue before situation got worse.

There are nearly 30 to 40 monkeys creating chaos everyday in noon and we all have been troubled since months now.. I'm Manu Sharma, a resident of 72, shiv colony, New Sanganer road, Sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
I want to file a complaint regarding the increase in population of monkeys in my area. There has been a sudden increase in monkey population in my area. Every other day, a group of around 30-35 monkeys comes in our residential area and creating nuesance.
They have done some serious damages in some houses, as the area is densely populated an comes under Jaipur Nagar Nigam.

I would like to draw attention of the concerned authorities towards the degrading living condition due to these miscreants and would request to the authorities to take immediate necessary actions.
Our area is densely populated and hence it is a serious matter to look into as many kids are affected due to these miscreants.

I am writing this regarding increasing instances of monkey creating nuisance in C-block DDA Colony, West Gorakhpark Ext, Delhi-110032. Recently a monkey entered in our home by opening balcony door and was about to attack my mother but ran away when my mother started screaming and pushed chair onto the monkey. Monkeys have ruined our balcony garden as well multiple times and took away clothes and items. Please take action or provide number of monkey catcher who can help us.

We are residents of CENTRAL EXCISE COLONY, AMBERPET. The entire area is surrounded by monkeys all the time. Everyday atleast 30 roam around, destroying plants, entering homes, harassing people walking on roads, stealing food. Few people have even been either scratched, bitten or even had their hair pulled. Everyone is beyond terrified to go out, or have keep their doors and windows open., this problem has been going on for more than 5 years and we are all vexed. Repeated complaints have fetched no result at all. Please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I write this to draw your kind attention to the problem of monkey menace being faced by our colony for the last two months. They can be seen everywhere on the walls, windows, and terraces. There have been many instances where they destroy our clothes, plants, cling of pipes, cable wires and constantly disturb us day and night. As days are passing, they are rising at large. People are scared at their sight.
Many times they have had a narrow escape of their bites. They snatches things from people. Sometimes they even enter the house premises and cause much damage to property, they take no time to temper with the things. It has created an atmosphere of panic among the residents of this colony.
I have complaint for this menace to the toll-free number of municipality of Jaipur and also mailed to the respective mayor and commissioner but no action was taken. Hence i request you to look into the matter and take necessary action to drive them away from the colony.

There has been increased number of monkeys in my town and this is completely affecting our lives. Wherever people go they find monkeys in between and have to wait until those monkeys leave that place so that people can pass through safely. Also they enter each house they find the gates open and hurt people and take the food away from kitchen and freeze.

I have lodged complaints multiple times but no action has been taken. The staff members are rude and absolutely unresponsive.

Today morning I was attacked my an aggressive monkey. He damaged my phone and house property.

our colony had witnessed an in- vasion of monkeys who have multiplied their num- bers to double then since. These monkeys have since become a nuisance for the residents of the colony causing damage not only to property but also. These monkeys have retaliated most unex- pectedly and ferociously if their activities have been tried to control. A person bitten by a monkey is quite likely to lose his life if he contracts rabies.
So, it is an earnest request that you consider this problem most serious and tackles it as early and as best as possible
