Hi I'm preetha from India. Yesterday I have received this message -Your CV has been Shortlisted for
Banking & IT Process Contact Hr Arun Gupta [protected] - Monster.
So I called to this number but they didn't attend but they have called from another number and asked me to pay of RS.49 for registration of my profile. They even sent a link to my number which has your company logo but has a dot in the top. I'm sending u the link too so kindly go through it and verify.

They called me and asked to send adhar mail to a wts ap number.they told that resume filling job is easy for u so get started, they sendd me one letter and ask to sign it and i signed that later i understand that is fraud . i was very scary that they having a agreement on me . please help me

I got a call from one of the sales executive gaurav from monster. He asked me to follow the paid service for 2500/- which will boost my job search. Well i took that offer. Later some guy took an interview, he called himself hr of ibm. The interview questions were not upto the mark, which created a doubt. Secondly there was only one interview round and i was selected. And lastly i was asked to pay 9700/- for document verification.

Note - no company demands cost of document verification from the candidate.
After that i asked them to cancel the paid service because of which they started shouting. I keep calling them for refund, intially they told that the process takes time but now they dont even receive the calls.

Please help me in getting my money back.

Hacker has hacked my account from monster. And because of that i lost 70000. My monster id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
I paid 1700 for monster service. They called with all details of my account and told me that they will refund the money. So made some transaction through phonepay to transfer the amount so that they will verify same and transfer to the same amount. Like that i lost 70000.

How my details are leaked to frauders. Please take care of this in priority.

I got a call from Mr. Sameer mob- [protected].He told me for a garunteed job in ABB India Pvt LTD at jamshedpur. He told me to submit registration fee of 500 (refundable).Then per day he calls me and asking for money, he took my personal details like aadhar and education certificates. Then after 2-3 days Mr Aadish mob-[protected] calls me and telling me for more money for opening my bank A/c at HSBC bank. He told me that all money are refundable at face to face interview round.Both Sameer and Aadish told me that your interview held on 5th Feb at jamshedpur.After paying almost 10-12 thousands rupees they suddenly told me to come at Mumbai branch within 1 day. This is totally fraud.
So sir I request to refund my money plz

This overcharge (15800) is not the fault of me, so this is manage by

I had registered with monster 3 months ego. I had complited whatever procedure they told. But at the time of joining the job. They said its cancelled. And told me they will refund my amount. But till now i did nt got the refund. Kindly help me to get my refund, as i had borrowed the money for this job opportunity. I had done the payment in PNB Bank. Please do the needful.

I am an employer and was looking for an php developer.
I have taken a paid service from monster earlier but got not much response. The service costed us 2300 Rs.

Then when the service period got over after few days one of sales executive (Mr Mohan : [protected], A.[protected]@monsterindia.com )
called us and was asking to retake the service.

Even after our multiple rejection he kept on calling us, He followed up for almost two months.
He used to call us twice on daily basis.

Then on one odd day he promised that after we take the service he personally would send 5 most relevant resumes per week. Finally we took the service and paid 2300 Rs once again.

He was ready to do anything to convinced us to take the service.

After we made the payment, he stopped calling us and he stopped picking up our calls.

We dropped multiple messages as well but no response received.

Is monster making everyone fool just to make money.
Is monster running scammers. Is this how monster works.

Feel like cheated big time. Please ask monster return the amount asap. We do not want monster fraudulent services at all.

I got a fake call from a guy name Manoj Kumar Yadav saying that he's from monster.com and offered me a job in wipro, then asked me to deposit 2200rs as a registration fee to he's account and then took my interview in the name of wipro and said that I successfully cleared it and asked to deposit another 6200rs as a training fees in wipro on the same account. Then after all this process again asked create a salary account in ICICI bank by depositing 10, 150rs. First said that the job will be in my local location and then said that the interview will be in banglore. All that was fake.

have taken a service from monster on 2015 including unlimited half resume search and 250 excel download.
after the expiry of this service account manager called me again to continue with the same service but the amount was hiked compare to last year and we continued the service by making stipulated amount.
now we are not able to use it since it says that the view limit is exhausted and we were having only 250 views as per the recent implementation of the management which was neither intimated during reactivation nor in the proposal.

ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAM RUN BY MONSTERINDIA.COM IN INDIA EXPOSED, CAPITALIZING ON THE INDIAN JOB SEEKER COMMUNITY... There is seriously something or everything wrong with Customer Support in MonsterIndia.com and you will realize it when you read the below mail directed to the general jobseeker mail ID <[protected]@monsterindia.com> as this is the point of contact for escalation. Even after explaining such a horrible situation there is absolutely no response from Monster which clearly means that this is nothing but an ELABORATED SCAM just to steal money from the job seeker community and run with no good or Business intentions. Highlight is that a person named Arindham and Ashwani Kumar were calling me back and forth several times to convince and get the sale/payment done and after which I am the only one who has been calling Monster customer care service almost every 2 or 3 days just to ask simple silly questions that arises in mind but for whatever reason I call them they simply say that the concerned person who CLOSED THE SALE WILL CALL AND CLEAR THE DOUBTS THAT YOU HAVE (but nobody ever calls me after that at all). And at one point of time I was worried that the Resume Writers did not call to get the requirements from me and nothing happened and I started calling with regards to that. Even for that it was the same response the concerned person who CLOSED THE SALE WILL CALL AND CLEAR THE DOUBTS THAT YOU HAVE (but nobody ever calls me after that at all) this cycle repeats everytime for every single query. Mostly it was Ashwani who picks up the call and promises the same but nothing happens. Let me give a live incident as an example (This is just one example) Called[protected] and spoke to Shekar on 28feb15 around 1.30pm who promised a callback from Arindham (as usual) by 2.15pm nothing happened as usual as expected. So later I called again around 3.40pm to check, but call landed to Ashwani Kumar and since I was really concerned I started demanding for explanations but I guess his character is to be very defensive so he started to be very rude, defensive, arrogant, adament and unprofessional in all ways possible and wanted me to only call his personal mobile number or mail him and he does not want me to mail the general jobseeker mail ID or does not want me to call the general contact number of Monster at all. I'm not sure why he discourages all this and not sure what he is trying to achieve / cover-up with all these acts. This is the only thing in my mind now and nothing else concerns me anymore. He also started criticizing me for what I did and for what I didnt - I paid and sent my profile via SAQ mail and I followed up a couple of times, but he was very particular about why I call general Monster care number and fumes that its a busy line engaged to make more sales / incentives and not bothered about after sale service. Also very particular about WHY DIDNT I MAIL THEM PERSONALLY AND WHY DIDNT I CALL ARINDHAM OR ASHWANI'S NUMBER and he puts it across as if its my job and its my mistake that I didnt call him. Well, why should I ? even after everything from my part is done? All I wanted was to know what happened to the call that I was promised from the Resume Writers. But I didnt think it would turn out to be such a nightmare as people in Monster Customer care would make it so very difficult for a single query to end up like this. It looks like everything is a lie and built with false-promises with a lorry-load of attitude with the Customer care guys particularly (Ashwani Kumar) and specially after the payment or closing the sale. Nobody is bothered about anything at all what-so-ever at Monster. Please organize yourselves and try to provide atleast 50% value against what the customers have paid for. (Im not demanding here, Im just requesting) Or at least dont treat them like after the sale is done. And I seriously encourage the authorities to listen to the call I had with Ashwani Kumar on 28feb15 (Saturday) and check how PROFESSIONAL HE IS ON CALLS. Requesting the concerned authority to intervene and initate necessary actions. Check below, I tried calling the below number at around 11.30am on 24Feb2015 (Tuesday) and 4.20pm on 28Feb2015 (Saturday) just rings nobody picks-up. But there were other reasons as well but none of them were answered till date. This is what I feel now: Monster swallowed all the payment with a burp and nothing left but , smelly service behind it. Dissappointedly, Customer Its an absolute waste of time investing time and money on these sick people for anything. IF YOU DO THEN YOU CAN CALL YOURSELF NOTHING BUT A FOOL...

I am archana, from bangalore, On 10/10/2013 i register my profile to monster for searching jobs, i done all process except mobile number verification.
And also i want to register to (my) mobile number to monster for getting calls from recruiters,
And they provided information how to register (my) moblie number for verification, and also i follow the given information,
but more than 10 times i lost 3rs for each registration and they send this message to my number(Invalid request kindly re-enter the given code and send it again), even at last i changed my phone number also, but got the same problem.
but surely i didn't make any mistake, i follow the correct provided given information.
but still my mobile number is not verified in monster, but i lost more than 30 rs.Then I go to Naukri For Registration, And they also provided information how to register (my) moblie number for verification, (same as monster)
but here(Naukri) Mobile number Verification Succesfully done in First time. So I think Me not only, So many person tryed to register thier mobile number for verification from this process(in monster)) and i think they also
lose thier valuable money, I think this is fake one they(monster) earned money from this process.This is unauthorizied charges.
So Be aware from this(monster) or take any appropiate action against them(monster)

Subject: P.F amount with code/a.c no: 42182/1275 not received yet and the status shows online in the EPF site as NOT RECEIVED AT THE OFFICE

I have had the P.F documents filled and duly signed and authorized by the respective departments in my previous organization - Monster.com and then submitted the P.F form in person at the hyderguda P.F Office on 26th November 2009.

However the P.F amount has not yet been credited to my a/c or neither am i aware of the status.

Kindly , please verify the same and do the needful for the settlement.

This company is collecting CVs as recruiting company and using the contact information to ask for money and keeping the information public for emplyers (actually persons pretending to be emplyers) to send fake contracts for jobs in foreing teritories and asking candidates (victims) to pay for work permits.

This company lacks decency and morals and brings bad reputation to India.
