Today's morning I purchased two small packets of your brown bread with B.No:C1407A and used by date printed.19/17/20
In One packet I found fungus on bread, I am sending the pictures of the defected packet.

My name is pankaj kumar and my uan is[protected] and pf account no. Is jhran[protected].

I join this company on 01/02/2018 and submitted all epf related form to my employer in 1st week of february 2018 and after that they have updated all required details in my uan. Here they are continuously deducting my pf contribution to my salary but till date they have not made any payment in my pf account.
