Myself Manoj Kumar Singh had gone to moserbaer authorised service centre at Accel for replacement of a pendrive since it was not working. But they refused to check it and provide warranty saying that since company has closed its production so they will not give warranty of the pen drive. I had purchased it 2 years ago and it was told to me and as per the company also there is a warranty on the product for 5 years and in case the same model...

I have bought a Moserbaer DVD-RW on 1.2.2012 which is worth Rs.50.When I inserted it & started burning it for the first time,the dvd-rw took hours but it did not complete burning with an error message.I immediately changed it to my other pc to check if there is any dvd drive failure but found that my Moserbaer DVD-RW is not working even there as well..Since my product comes with a replacement warranty,i called customer care [protected]...
