I had ordered Mothersparsh baby wipes(MS-666647) on 25th July, 2023. The shipment took a very long time than usual. I tracked the shipment everyday as I was worried. Recently, I found out that my order was cancelled/returned by the company without any prior notice to me. I tried to enquire about by sending email to their support/helpline e-mail ID. However, I do not receive any answer till today. I went to Delhivery center in my hometown trying to enquire about it also but to no avail. I strongly demand my refund from the company and apologize for their neglicence and poor customer service

I have ordered order#MS-476508 on Dec 27, I am not getting any reply from them nor the right status of tracking. Tracking at picker shows it was tried to be picked many times and is cancelled. My delivery was first on Jan 5, then changed to Jan 15, then to Jan 20 and now it shows Jan 23. There is no reply or confirmation my product ordered will be delivered. I feel like I have been cheated for this much money. Please do the needful to help with this.

I have made this order # Order MS-476508 on Dec 27, I was first given a delivery date of Jan 5th, this then changed to Jan 15, then changed to Jan 20 and now Jan 23. The tracking details show the product was tried picking many times and got cancelled every time. My friend who ordered along with me got her products delivered. I am concerned I have spend so much money and I am not getting good responses back and exact time of delivery. Please do the needful.

I have ordered for rose and beetroot facepack in offer of buy 2 and pay for 1 . When I received delivery there was only one facepack in sealed box.
I have mail to [protected]@mothersparsh.com email id but noone has reverted on my email.when I contact on phone they said that we will check in our cctv and after checking in cctv footage they told me that we have delivered 2 pack in sealed box while i have received only one .
I told them mothersparsh has cheated on me . I am regularly doing only shopping but this type of misshapen never happen with me . I trusted mothersparsh but the customer care number lady told me that i am cheater .
How can you blame a customer that customer is cheating and customer is lying.
I have paid 380/- for 2 facepack as there was offer on the product that buy 2 and pay for 1 .i have called on number [protected] and lady told me that you are lying as we have dispatched 2 quantity.Now whome i can complain as this is not the question of money, this is matter of my reputation because i am not lying.

Mother sparsh has provided the tracking for Pickrr.com. but My tracking number is WSPP[protected] of Ekart Courier. Order ID MS-293128.

My shipment was created on 29th April 2022 at 12:25pm and expected to be delivered on 02 May 2022. However, I have not yet received my delivery yet. and there is no update on the website also.

Kindly provide me with the relevant information at the earliest.
