I have bought a product of 3550 rs but the item is not delivered. The mobile number they have provides is not reachable now

Purchased a product on 11th august 2019 worth rs 2730 with advance payment of rs 1030 and was supposed to be delivered within a week but now its more than a month and no update from their end in spite of calling them multiple times and even they don't pick call also. They haven't shared any docket no for our product if delivered, kindly arrange a refund.

The purchase was made on 27/7/2018 and the bought item which was a set of metal swan was never delivered to the mentioned address even though a payment was made. After several follow ups they are now asking to send more Rs. 2500 only after which the item will be delivered to the address even though full payment and a payment for delivery of Rs.600 was made. These people are frauds and now they are not even responding to provide me a refund as I am not willing to pay anymore.
