I took some sms from MSGCLUB, but later on they said that the pricing has been increased and now i need to pay extra on per sms basis
so i had to pay 4237 Rs + GST
and i got the invoice for the same
and now i am checking in GST portal and got to know that they have eaten up all the tax and never paid to the Govt

What kind of company is it ???
I have spoken several time with Shweta
but she never responds to this
so i had to ..

I am an Account Holder with msgclub
as an sms reseller and
i sold those sms to my clients as school, college, stock broker
and when they send sms, it shows delivered but actually does not

and soemtimes its hows sms pending for hour days and sometimes for week
they people gave us a panel "http://panel.msgclub.net"
which was very user friendly and easy to understand and which is also removed and a very difficult panel which does not even support XLS file
has been forcefully allotted to us
and now my all clients are unhappy with their service
Most of them even left the very next day
so i would request u to not to make a purchase
never pay or choose them and i am considering them as FRAUD servcie vendor

their bank accounts gets changed in every month
even they know its a fraud service
which takes money and give nothing
and i[censored] c all them back they would say we cant do anything
pls call support number" which is always out of reach

i want to lodge a case in consumer court,
if someone else wants to do the same please contact me asap

this is rajesh verma, an account holder with msgclub
they had good sms service but as the client base increaded
the service became so poor,
the panel shows the sms is delivered, but actually does not
ist always shows sms is pending and take a long time,
ometime more than couple of days or may be a week
my client were so fed up with their service

they call the customer and pitch them for the best service
and when u bought that then we came to know that 50 % of the sms are still undelivered, we were still fine with it
but then the sms panel, which was very easy and user friendly
they changed it by saying the technical issues
and now it became so hard for my customers to understand the same
and most of them switched to other vendors

they will call u to ask "sir, do u like the new panel"
and they dont want to hear "no"
i[censored] would say so that means u are abig harm for them
they would start using the hard language for you

i have no idea, but i would suggest, do not fall prey to them
do not make a purchase of any sms service from them

they are fraud
their bank accounts get changed in every 2 months (no reason why?)
and i am going to file a complaint
and i am seeking a person who has the same issue
o that we could process further
