Mumbai Police - Pcc / It Division Complaints & Reviews

I had applied for police clearance certificate almost a month ago.
whenever, i log in & click under download, nothing shows nor the certificate downloads. So i visited commissioner office at fort. I explained my problem to the counter for PCC, he asked me to visit xerox copy counter which is located nearby. they asked me sign in on same site took my application no. and simply downloaded certificate. I was surprised i explained them...

I had gone to my Local Police Station which is MHB in March 2020. They directed me to apply online. I applied online and my application ID is MUCT[protected] on[protected]. My application was successfully approved by MHB, my Local Police Station on[protected]. My application was successfully approved by CP/SP office on[protected] and I was asked to download my Certificate from my Login. To this day I am UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD MY CERTIFICATE....
